As we enter the last mile of this year lets spare a moment about what we have achieved till now. We started with a dream
for the ES unit and as we reflect today we should feel proud and excited on our achievement. As always each one of you
have done extremely well to keep your customers delighted. Our enthusiasm, determination and super attitude reflects in the
fact that we got repeat business with 15 of our existing customers.
As the great Mahatma Gandhi had said `First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win ‘. It
is becoming true for us with each quarter wherein we are winning new customers and confidence. Even this quarter we have
won 8 new clients for us.
Thank you everyone!
We are constantly involved and actively participating in various events, trade shows and webinars wherein we showcase our
thought leadership to the external clients and keep building our eminence & brand in the market. As stated above now our
competition is fighting us (they have realised what a big threat we are to them) and we are winning too. I personally feel
that we are moving in the right track now and foresee exciting time for all of us.
Again we have lived up to the expectations of our customers by successfully going live with 15 engagements. Our custom-
ers have rated us high not just in terms of our delivery, but our pro-activeness and thought leadership which we bring to the
table. And to ensure that each one you are well equipped to face any challenges in terms of managing delivery, your team,
client, stakeholders etc. we are committed in making the right investments in your training and certifications. The testimony
of the same lies in the fact that almost 55% of you have been certified till date for this year. This is simply amazing feat.
As we grow we are hiring bright talent like you from the market. Request all of you to keep referring your friends and past
colleagues. We need consultants with great attitude. In today’s world learning technical or functional work is getting easier
but getting someone with a great attitude is getting difficult.
Most importantly as the world gets geared up for cloud, mobility, HANA and quite a few interesting skills we request you
to ensure that you take every opportunity to re-skill based on the need and demand of the unit. We would like you to be
involved in any current or future opportunity.
The final sprint is the most important one and we want each one of you to maintain the momentum to take us through the
finish line.
Our pipeline looks great and we are doing interesting things with our Sales and A/c team. Next year would be more busy
days for us and we are confident that you all are equally prepared and capable to take our unit to the next level

Allen/Greg, I just wanted to send a note of appreciation for the work that Raj is doing on the O&M ERP and Sale of Power Projects. For the last several months Raj has consistently performed above expectations and has provided me and the business with SAP designs and solutions that meet the business requirements. On the O&M ERP Project Raj has worked diligently to design a solution for the time and material billing requirements. Additionally, Raj attended the following meetings this morning (PBG Time) which all fell during the evening before his holiday/vacation (9/15): O&M ERP Project – Weekly Status Call - 30 minutes Sale of Power – UAT Status – 30+ minutes O&M ERP Project – DP90 Requirements Sign-Off – 60 minutes
O&M ER – Project – DP90 / Vertex Process – 60 minutes (This one ended at 1:30pm PBG time) He also responded to several emails during this time.
Hopefully Raj can get some of this time back as he basically committed his entire evening to attend-ing and leading calls and responding to emails.

Ross Widding mentioned on our S&P Staff call this week with Mike Chon that Japan Payroll project has been the smoothest release he has ever been part of. I know much of that is attributable to great team effort and Kuruma, but I truly believe QA and development stepped up big time for this release to accommodate all last minute requests and changes. THE BOTTOM LINE On September 16, 2014, Microsoft announced Dynamics CRM 2015 and updates to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and Microsoft Dynamics Marketing. In looking at the new capabilities, Nucleus found it could streamline collaboration between marketers and sales people to increase productivity and accountability and reduce administrative overhead. THE ANNOUNCEMENT Microsoft announced Dynamics CRM 2015 on September 16, with the main theme of helping Businesses Bridge the gap between sales and marketing. This release is specifically aimed at facilitating collaboration between marketers and sales people by providing more transparency and visibility into each group’s activities. This is facilitated through the addition of several new features including: A sales collaboration panel, which allows sellers to provide input into campaigns and
targeting. The ability to streamline campaign creation and improve segmentation with graphical
e-mail editing, A/B testing, integrated offers, and approval workflows. An interactive marketing calendar, which allows marketers to view and manage overall
campaign activities more easily. Support for salespeople to bundle and recommend products for upsell and cross-sell
across product families.

An enhanced guided sales process that helps steer sellers towards desired outcomes. New mobile sales capabilities with flexible role-tailored dashboards and analytics, as well
as personalized home pages. Microsoft Social Listening adds Italian as a sixth native language for sentiment tracking and
analysis as well as expanded listening capabilities with access to real-time insights. Microsoft Dynamics CRM continues to further its integration with Microsoft’s leading
productivity applications, including Microsoft 365, Yammer, Lync, Skype, SharePoint, and Power BI for Office 365. All of these new CRM capabilities announced today are planned to be generally available in the fourth quarter of 2014.
WHY IT MATTERS Historically, the applications to support sales (salesforce automation) and marketing (marketing automation) have operated in a somewhat disconnected manner. They are purchased by different buyers, used by different groups, and have different goals. Even in the best of situations, most companies spend considerable time and effort measuring the effectiveness of marketing’s campaigns, nurturing and qualifying leads, and ensuring they are appropriate addressed – and hopefully closed – by sale. With this latest release, Microsoft has leveraged its investments (both organic and by acquisition) in marketing and sales automation – as well as its usability and integration capabilities – to streamline the handoffs between sales and marketing. INCREASING COLLABORATION The sales collaboration panel is intended to reduce the disconnect between sales and marketing by enabling sales people to add their insights to campaigns and targeting. Marketers can also more easily create campaigns through the use of graphical email editing, A/B testing, integrated offers, and approval workflows. Keeping in line with the goals of improved collaboration, marketers can easily use Lync click-to-call for scheduling and Webinar execution, reducing hassles. In addition, there is an interactive marketing calendar that enables marketers to more easily view the long-term direction of the campaigns.

Microsoft recognizes that marketers must be able to easily communicate among themselves and with sales people in order to create the most effective marketing campaigns. With the sales collaboration panel and with interdepartmental collaboration capabilities, marketers can more easily incorporate the input of the salespeople. The capabilities also make collaboration across marketing easier. GIVING SALES MORE TO SELL Dynamics CRM’s new capabilities enable salespeople to more easily bundle products for upsell
and cross-sell across product families, and also to do more with enhanced mobile device capa-
bilities. In 2012, Nucleus found that providing salespeople with mobile access to CRM led to a
14.6 percent increase in productivity (Nucleus Research m13 – The value of mobile and social
for CRM, March, 2012), and that number has grown as CRM has gotten smarter and mobile
app development has become more sophisticated. The roletailored dashboards and analytics,
as well as personalized home pages, will help individual sales people be more effective and
productive.
QUANTIFYING THE VALUE
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 brings many advantages to its users including:
An increase in the productivity of the salespeople. With enhanced mobile capabilities it is easier for salespeople access their work on the go. Also, the ability to bundle products helps lead to more sales.
An increase in collaboration between the sales and marketing teams increases the poten-
tial effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reduces the time needed to coordinate and evaluate sales and marketing efforts.
On an ongoing basis, streamlined communication and greater visibility reduces the burden
on sales operations teams and reduces administrative overhead.

CONCLUSION
The new capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 is largely focused on one of the biggest
historic CRM challenges: getting sales and marketing to play nicely together. In an ideal world,
the capabilities will allow marketers and salespeople to have visibility into each other’s work
and enable them to share suggestions and insight. In reality, providing greater visibility and
transparency into marketing campaigns and their impact will drive greater accountability and
less room to hide. As the ability to understand and leverage supporting technologies becomes
a core career-advancing requirement for marketers, learning and adopting these new capabili-
ties will give marketers an opportunity to focus more on strategic thinking and new ideas and
less on sales operations and tactical sales support. For sales, taking advantage of these capa-
bilities will drive better individual productivity and performance.

Microsoft unveiled some of the new functionality to expect in Dynamics CRM during the Microsoft Convergence show in Atlanta this year. For those of you who are using CRM – particularly those who use CRM Online – there are some exciting new innovations coming. Let’s take a quick look:
What’s Coming in CRM 2015 Spring
The most noticeable immediate
improvement will be
the navigation structure (also
known as the Site Map). Mi-
crosoft has realized that the
scrolling menus first introduced in
CRM 2013 slowed users
down. Now the main navigation system will be collapsed into a smaller area – so less clicking
and scrolling to get to what you want.
Microsoft is making many improvements to
how CRM will integrate with other
applications. One of the most long awaited
integrations will be with OneNote. You will
now be able to take notes in OneNote and
have those directly available within
CRM. Many sales reps love the openness
and flexibility of OneNote compared to the limited note taking features in CRM. But finding the
notes for a contact, account or opportunity is difficult, to say the least. Now you will
be able to have the best of both worlds.

Another exciting area of integration will be Excel. Analytics spreadsheets from Excel can be
embedded directly into the application as their own dashboards. Although I did not see a
demo, I also heard that it may be possible to do data entry into Excel embedded within CRM –
which would make updating lists of data much easier. I can’t confirm this one yet, but
certainly hope to see that in the spring re-
lease!
CRM will now also integrate better with your
overall Office experience. Group
calendars, conversations and SharePoint
documents in Office will be available within
CRM. Switching between Office applications
and CRM will be much more seamless to
users – like using a single application. Our
research has shown that user satisfaction with CRM drops significantly when they have to use
more than 2 applications (including CRM) to get their job done – this type of integra-
tion will help to improve usability.
There will also be much deeper integration with Microsoft Exchange, making it possible to
track emails more seamlessly, and even making it possible for non-CRM users to track emails in
CRM. Folder-based tracking will also be introduced, to track emails on any device. And
improvements to the CRM App for Outlook will be rolled out, including a low footprint
light-CRM functionality version. It appears that non-Windows users will even be able to enjoy
some of the email integration benefits that until now were reserved for Windows users.

If you’re not yet familiar with Power BI, you should
start to check it out. Power BI is Microsoft’s
platform for Business Intelligence, and it is
impressive. You can combine data from multiple
sources (such as CRM and ERP) into Power BI dash-
boards. Dynamics CRM will now include role tai-
lored dashboards for Power BI. We’ve been ex-
perimenting with some of these dashboards and have really enjoyed the interactivity and ease-
of-use. Although I did not hear this discussed directly at Convergence, I suspect that Power BI
may eventually replace the dashboards that are built into CRM. Power BI is also available on
mobile devices for dashboards on-the-go.
The mobile version of CRM will also get a makeover in the spring release. Currently, Microsoft
supports different versions of CRM for different mobile devices. Starting in the spring, a single
version will be supported across all devices, providing a consistent experience. On a more
subtle level, Microsoft is updating the technology framework for mobile CRM, proving a more
flexible way to extend it. So now you will be able to deploy expanded mobile applications that
include support for JavaScript and Business Rules directly on the mobile device.
The social capabilities, and the integration with Microsoft Social Listening, will also get an
upgrade in the spring release of Dynamics CRM 2015. This will include the ability to directly
convert posts from Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn into CRM leads, cases or
opportunities. Social listening dashboards can now be surfaced directly within CRM, and social
information can be made visible directly on account and contact pages in CRM.
New functionality is also appearing in the customer service area of CRM. Knowledge Base
articles will now be easier to search, view and attach. A new web-based surveying capability
will be included, so that voice of customer information can easily be gathered directly into
CRM. And Microsoft is rolling out a web portal to enable customer self-service through the
web that is directly integrated with CRM.

Microsoft is also rolling out performance improvements. For those organizations that have
struggled with CRM responsiveness issues, these promise to make a significant impact on how
quickly the application responds. New global data centers are also being brought online, so
that there will be more options for nearby CRM servers – which also impacts performance.
In addition to providing better integration with other Microsoft products, CRM will also have a
refined integration engine – making integration with other applications more efficient.
Coming in Fall 2015
Microsoft also announced a number of other improvements scheduled for the fall release of
CRM. Highlights of these updates includes:
Offline mobile – data will synchronize with your mobile device so that you can still use CRM
when you are not in a network area.
Predictive analytics – Microsoft is adding predictive capabilities to CRM to identify best
prospects and products automatically.
OneDrive integration – file management, but also for having private files in CRM that are
only shared with selected users.
XRM – it appears that Microsoft is getting serious about making CRM a development
platform for entirely new applications and will not only roll out a number of developer
tools, but also new licensing options.
Search – the search capabilities that appeared in CRM 2015 will gain more intelligence and
flexibility.
Delve / Office Graph – Delve is a new product available from Microsoft that is somewhat
like FlipBoard, but it summarizes news generated within the business .This integration
appears simple enough, but in my opinion this will be one of the game changers in how
people interact with CRM and how executives collaborate with the front lines.
Outlook – even more updates will come to the CRM for Outlook application and, it appears,
mobile email as well.

I'm a B.Tech Graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering passed out in 2012 from Swami Ramananda Tirtha Institute of Science and Technology, Nalgonda. Apart from work, I'm very much interested to play football and badminton.
Saurabh R. Srivastava. I joined Hexaware Technologies on 14th September, 2015 as a Software
Engineer in Pune. I'm an M.C.A. Post Graduate passed out in 2013 from Shri Ramswaroop Memorial Group of Professional College, Lucknow. Apart from work, I'm very much interested in doing social services. I was a coordinator of “Prarambh” and “Abhivyakti” Event in my College. I also like to play badminton and read books.
Kalpana Agarwal. I rejoined Hexaware on 10th Aug 2015, as Senior Project Manager in Chennai. I

have a total of 8.9 years of PeopleSoft administration experience. I worked with Cognizant Technologies for 8.3 years and with IGATE solutions for 4 months.
