Work Profile

Technical Consultant These consultant require to understand therelevant underlying languages (.NET, C/AL, C++,ASP.NET, CAL / ERP etc.), technical table structure,code units and other technical aspects (fairknowledge of operating system and IT networksetc.) of the these ERP systems so that requiredchanges, improvement in ERP can be done throughcustomisations.

Functional ConsultantThese consultants require to understand thevarious business processes i.e. Purchase, Sales,Production, Inventory, Accounts, MIS and SupplyChain Function (SCM) and need to have goodamount of corporate operations in order to map thebusiness requirements in the ERP system.

As RAMA LLP implement end to end ERP projects (specially Microsoft Navision, Axapta, CRM and 365 Suite) Tier-I and Tier-II (Eresource, Logic, Kockpit, Mobile Dynamics) products, we need Functional, Technical and Techno-Functional consultants.

We envisage to enrol minimum 25 to 30 selected candidates under this 3 months program to fill our requirements.

Selection process - ( till 31st Jan 2018)

The selected applications would go through the following hiring process:1) Pre Interview Call / General Test (Telephonic)2) Written Aptitude Test (Personal)3) Personal Interview

The selected candidates would undergo for a two monthstraining program initially. The training program would coverthe aspects depending upon specific job profiles and areas(modules) selected for the particular candidate.Two types of training will be covered every alternate daysunder defined training methodologies:

1. On the Job – Training on ERP products - NAV/AX etc. tobe deployed at client place for practical exposure.

2. Off the job – Classroom Training – product exposure,functionalities and process knowledge.

Post training period , we would conduct a written assessmenttest of all the candidates.

Trainee who successfully clears the assessment test, would behired for work phase.

Stipend: 1. During this phase of training period, a monthly stipend

in the range of Rs.12000 to Rs.15000 would be payable.2. A onetime incentive of Rs.10000/- would be payable on

clearing written test post training program.

Learn Phase (April to May-18) Work Phase (June to September-18)

All the candidates who cleared final Assessment test will beselected and be given the final appointment as ManagementTrainee at RAMA for three to four months.

Remuneration:

During this phase of training, a monthly salary of Rs.25000to Rs.30000 would be payable, plus one time RetentionBonus equivalent to half month’s salary at the end of workphase.

On successful completion of work phase, candidate wouldbe given a permanent job at the pre-decided salarypackages.

Salary Package:

1. During Growth phase, annual package (CTC) ranging between Rs.4.50 lakhs to Rs.6 Lakhs plus Performance Linked Incentives would be offered.

Other Information

1. No fees or any other charges would be recovered from the candidate. Formal training from the designated faculty on the subject matter would beprovided.

2. Candidate would require to enter into a commitment bond of 18 months with RAMA from the date of enrollment under this program.

3. In case of discontinuation of bond period, candidate would be required to reimburse the stipend during the training period plus 25% of the totalstipend paid.

4. Original documents of educational certificates would be required to furnish.

5. On successful completion at the end of March-19, remuneration package would be reviewed and discussed mutually depending upon the overallperformance of the candidate.

6. Training would be provided at Mumbai location during first Learn phase. However, candidate may require to travel within India and abroad as wellthereafter for on site projects. All travel and lodging & boarding expenses would be borne by RAMA.

7. Candidate should have valid passport, if not, then he / she needs to apply during the course of engagement under this program.

8. All the other terms and conditions of the program would be governed and decided by the Management of the RAMA, which would be abide by thecandidate joined the program.
