The success to any great house is it’s founda-
tion. Once a strong foundation is laid, it will
be able to withstand whatever is built upon
it. The Youth at Pentecostal Deliverance are
continuing to build upon the foundation, to
ensure we have a great house.
They are singing, acting, studying, praying
and fasting. They ARE the music depart-
ment. If given the opportunity they also
preach. The Bible charges us as parents to
raise up our children in the ways of the Lord.
Parents do your job! Growing up we didn’t
understand why we had to be in church so
much, could not hang out with our friends or
go to the night clubs. It wasn’t for you to
understand if your parents or the Pastor said
NO! That was it NO!
This was us 30 years ago and we’re still
standing. The little girl in the pig tails di-
recting the choir is now the Pastor. The little
boy running around making noise on the
drums is now the Choir President. The quiet
girl in the alto section is now the church fi-
nancial secretary. The little girl who wrote
poems for the Pastor ’s Anniversary and
Women’s Day is now the Editor of the News-
letter. Now we are putting the same doctrine
that we were raised with into our children.
The first line in the song “The Greatest Love
of All” is “ I believe the children are our fu-

Greetings Brothers and Sisters Everywhere!! There’s a song beating loudly from my heart...VICTORY IS MINE! VICTORY IS MINE!
VICTORY TODAY IS MINE! I TOLD SATAN...TO GET THEE BEHIND...VICTORY TODAY! TODAY! TODAY! IS MINE!...IN FACT, VICTORY IS
OURS!
With the expectation of the arrival of Resurrection Sunday, surely I am feeling confident that we have the VICTORY! Victory
over our trials. Victory over our health concerns. Victory over our finances. Victory over our marriages and families. Victory
over unemployment...Simply put...VICTORY OVER SATAN! We are praying! I know God hears our prayers. We are fasting! I
know the Lord is observing our sacrifice. We are walking in holiness! This is a requirement. So then I ask the question...Why are
so many believers living an active life of defeat??? Why are so many Christians throwing in the towel and giving up the fight
to an enemy who lost the battle a long time ago? The victory is already ours for the asking...for the taking...for the believ-
ing...surely for the daily living.
Allow me to remind you of Revelation 1:18 “I am He that LIVETH, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen;
and have the keys to hell and of death.” When Jesus rose from the dead, he rose with not only ALL POWER, but He rose WITH
ALL VICTORIOUS evidence that He had defeated the devil and gained ALL VICTORY! That same spirit of undefeated triumph
is accessible for our usage. As well, it is applicable to any and all areas of our lives...YES! YOU CAN WALK IN VICTORY! YES!
YOU CAN LIVE A LIFE OF SUCCESS! However, know that it can only be applied to your life or situation when you are connect-
ed to Jesus Christ; who suffered, bled and died for your sins.
When we live in victory, it is easier to travel on our spiritual journey. When we live a life of triumph, we can assist with bringing
our vision to pass. The vision is...to build a diverse, holistic, life-changing ministry that effectively meets the needs of all people.
So let us gird up our loins! Stop giving Satan permission to operate in any area of our life! Remind him that he was in fact de-
feated! Raise your hands towards heaven and do as 1 Corinthians 15:57 says...Thank God which giveth us the Victory
through our Lord Jesus Christ! YES I NOT ONLY SEE THE VICTORY AHEAD...BUT I HAVE IT RIGHT NOW!
Be blessed people of God. I love each of you and am so very proud of your continued commitment toward excellent King-
dom Service. Thank you for your continuous partnership. Enjoy a Victorious Resurrection Sunday!

Prostate Cancer is a devastating illness, especially in our community.
The risk factors are:
1. Age-Men over forty or older with family history and African American are more at risk; other men are screened at age
fifty.
2. Race-African Americans have the highest rate of prostate cancer in the world .
3. Family history-Individuals with blood relatives diagnosed with illness increases the risk of them contacting this disease
4. Diet-Eating meals low in fiber high in fat and red meat has shown a greater incidence for prostate cancer. Symptoms in-
clude difficulty urinating, decrease in flow of urine, blood in urine, blood in semen, pelvic discomfort and swelling in legs.
5. Diagnosis is determined by a digital rectal exam performed by a Physician and blood test for PSA also known as Prostate
Specific Antigen.
There are further tests scans performed per MD deemed necessity. This is a preventable and a treatable illness. Men take
care of yourselves! Your families need you.
