Due to the site constraints of the project location and geometry, as wellas most of the work occurring on limited access ramps to the interstate,it will not be feasible to provide pedestrian or bicycle facilities on thesebridges through this project.
• Project Purpose: To maintain safe and reliable travel on this portion of the Blvd. ofthe Allies and its connection to and from I-376/Parkway East.
• Project Need: Due to the physical deficiencies of the existing bridges causing Fair toPoor Condition ratings.
