If a breakdown was to occur a replacement unit or fridge mechanic would be supplied by Penguin Coolroom Hire as soon as reasonably possible. * At no time is Penguin Coolroom Hire responsible for stock within the coolroom. * When Penguin Coolroom Hire deliver, a pre-designated position must be shown to the driver. This is where the coolroom must remain for the length of the hire. The coolroom will be ﬁtted with a tow ball lock and/or a wheel clamp. The keys for these will not be left with the client. * During the rental period the client is responsible for any vandalism, theft or damage which may occur to the coolroom/freezer/generator. * Penguin Coolroom Hire reserves the right to cancel any job if the site is deemed unsafe or unsecure . *Should your account exceed our trading terms all costs including debt collection, commission, solicitor's fees and any out of pocket expenses will be the liability of the customer. * If Cooling coil inside of unit ices over due to door being left open a service callout will be charged.
