Latar Belakang

Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2004 tentang Sistem Jaminan Sosial Nasional (SJSN) untuk menyatakan bahwa prinsip pelaksanaan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional adalah kesetaraan (equity) dalam mendapatkan akses pelayanan kesehatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam operasionalisasinya. Prinsip kendali mutu dan biaya harus diterapkan secara utuh di setiap tingkatan pelayanan mengingat adanya karakteristik pelayanan kesehatan yang berpotensi menyebabkan terjadinya inefisiensi yang telah berjalan sejak tanggal 1 Januari 2014.

Pendidikan Kedokteran Berkelanjutan Ilmu Penyakit Dalam ke XVII tahun 2019 merupakan pendidikan yang selalu berwawasan terkini (up to date) untuk menjadi agen perubahan dalam system pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia saat ini, maka program pendidikan kedokteran berkelanjutan ke XVII tahun 2019 mengambil tema “Meningkatkan Kemampuan dan Profesionalisme Dokter di Fasilitas Kesehatan Primer dan Rujukan Menuju Indonesia Sehat Tahun 2020”

Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka Yayasan Pengembangan Keilmuan Penyakit Dalam Bandung (YPKPDB) bekerja sama dengan Departemen/KSM Ilmu Penyakit Dalam FK.Unpad/RSUP Dr. Hasan Sadikin, PAPDI cabang Jawa Barat dan Indonesia Congress Management menyelenggarakan Pendidikan Kedokteran Berkelanjutan ke XVII (tujuh belas) tahun 2019 yang dalam penyelenggaraannya dilaksanakan setiap tahun secara terstruktur, kontinyu, dan terjadwal.

Secara eksplisit tertera dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2004 Pasal 24 ayat (2) mengamanatkan Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan untuk membayar fasilitas kesehatan secara efektif dan efisien melalui pembayaran kapitasi atau Indonesian Case Based Groups (INA CBGs) menuntut tingkat profesionalisme tinggi bagi pemberi pelayan kesehatan di setiap tingkat, terstruktur, dinamis dan berkesinambungan sebagai upaya kendali mutu dan kendali biaya. Oleh karena itu untuk memenuhi kewajiban profesi, setiap dokter dalam rangka mempertahankan profesionalismenya dilakukan dengan cara mengikuti pendidikan keprofesian berkelanjutan yang berkesinambungan.

3. Proses penempelan poster berkoordinasi dengan panitia seksi poster.

4. Poster dipasang pada hari Jum’at, 26 April 2019, jam 07.00-09.00 WIB

dan dilepas sendiri hari Minggu, 28 April 2019, jam 16.00-17.00 WIB.

5. Panitia hanya menyediakan tempat dan fasilitas penempatan poster.

Peserta membawa sendiri dan dipasang ditempel menggunakan

double tape.

6. Pemilik poster harus berada dekat posternya masing-masing pada

saat poster session.

Poster ditempatkan berdasarkan nomer urut poster masing-masing

Poster terbaik akan diberikan penghargaan dan akan diumumkan sebelum acara penutupan pada hari Minggu, 28 April 2019.

Kirimkan abstrak anda yang dibagi dalam :

· Laporan Penelitian: 4 bagian (Latar belakang, metode, hasil dan

kesimpulan).

· Laporan Kasus: 3 bagian (Latar belakang, kasus, dan kesimpulan)

Abstrak dapat dikirimkan dalam Bahasa Indonesia atau Bahasa Inggris.

Kirimkan abstrak ke email panitia [email protected] sebelum

tanggal 1 April 2019.

Pengumuman terseleksi akan dimumkan pada tanggal 22 April 2019.

Abstrak terdiri dari maximal 350 kata termasuk judul, nama penulis,

affiliasi, abstrak, dan kata kunci.
