Highlights are listed below. Daily schedule details are also available within the official Pemberton Music Festival App, now available for download for iOS and Android users from their respective app stores. Additional features of the app include the push notifications for instant updates on safety, surprise performances, the festival map, comprehensive social feeds, artist discovery features, vendor info and a brandnew Friend Finder function that allows you to be notified when your friends arrive at the festival. Provincial, local and First Nations government officials have determined the current condition of the wildfires burning approximately 70km from the Pemberton Music Festival site poses no immediate danger to the festival. Because conditions could change, they have encouraged community members, visitors and festival patrons to stay uptodate with fire activity at www.bcwildfire.ca. With regard to air quality, officials have also indicated that concerned community members, visitors and festival patrons should keep uptodate by using the air quality resources available at www.bcairquality.ca. Unless circumstances dramatically change resulting in a governmentdeclared safety alert, attending the festival is a personal choice. If guests have concerns about their personal safety with relation to the current fires and air quality issues, they are advised to use the government information resources identified above to inform and update their decision to attend the festival, and assess how conditions might impact their health. The provincial government also suggests utilizing the personal preparedness resources found at www.emergencyinfobc.gov.bc.ca.

  • For those who have purchased weekend or single-day festival shuttle passes, two shuttle lines will be implemented: a North Line and a South Line. Weekend shuttle pass allows for unlimited transportation on both shuttle lines. Single-day shuttle pass holders do not have in-and-out privileges to and from the festival site. The South Line will run to and from Whistler Olympic Plaza as well as Whistler Creekside Parkade. This shuttle line will run from 10:00am until one hour after the music ends each night. Service from Whistler Olympic Plaza and Whistler Creekside Parkade to the Pemberton Music Festival site will end at 8:30pm each night. Limited park and ride day parking will be available at the Whistler Creekside Parkade. The North Line will run to and from the Pole Yard, which is a lot located just north of the festival site, from 10:00am to one hour after the music ends each night. Service from the Pole Yard to the Pemberton Music Festival site will also end at 8:30pm each night. In addition, there will be limited park and ride day parking available at the Pole Yard. Further details on shuttles can be found at http://pembertonmusicfestival.com/festival-guide/shuttles/ The Whistler Box Office is located at the Whistler Conference Centre (4010 Whistler Way) starting Tuesday, July 14 through Sunday, July 19. Hours of operation are from 10am-5pm on July 14 and 9:30am-9:30pm from July 15 to July 19. Fans who need to visit Will Call, exchange Print-At-Home tickets, require wristband assistance or wish to purchase tickets during festival days can visit the Box Office in Whistler. There is not a box office on site at the Pemberton Music Festival for these customer service issues.
