There are two ways to obtain the revit fi les. Both involve having a My PY login.

OBTAIN AND USE REVIT (BIM) INFORMATION USING MyPY

When logged into My PY Revit fi les can downloaded from Building Information Modelling icon.

You can download a full range of fi ttings from this area. Split by brands and sub-brands.

A second method of downloading these fi les is by the individual type of fi ttings by using the brands Icon.

OBTAIN REVIT FILES USING BRANDS NAVIGATION

The information is located in the Bim tab at the bottom left column.

From here you can save the zip folder to a required area.This brings up the fi tting download screen.Please log into your MYPY account to access the BIM Model

DOWNLOAD AND EXTRACT

Once you have downloaded the zip folder. You can extract fi les...

...and place them into your Revit content folder.

PLACE AND OPEN

Opening Revit the user can start a new Mechanical template.

USING FILES

Go to the load family icon.To load a fi tting into a template go to the system tab pipe fi tting.

The fi tting model has been loaded into the template, you can then select the size of fi tting you require.

Select the fi tting you would like to load into your project.

You can then place the model into the template.
