Blood trickles sweetly down the corner of my mouth

flesh and bones comprise a limitless realm of undeath

the heart long since stopped pumping

these things that we are leave us with no choice

eternal internal conflict of soul

& immediate necessities wrench me from self-understanding

Timeless thoughts emerge... Am i not a person?

Do I not have a full range of fears & doubts, hopes & dreams?

I kill to stay undeath but, you, human!

do you not remove life from sentient beings to fuel

your own instinctual desire of becoming perpetuated universe?

We are labelled & judged by your pitiful society

this lack of understanding breeds contempt

hatred flows through your veins, as

your life essence fuels my state

undeath consciousness

truth be told, i have kids too

My neighbor Frankenstein works 3 jobs to support 2 families

with hopes of putting 4 kids through school

He dreams of an accepting world without

socioeconomic barriers or vilification

You struggle to comprehend the concept of your

existence without reprise,

you suffer from eternal internal conflict just as I

human nature should not be limited to

human perception

and just as martin Luther king had a dream

i also envision a Utopian society

ruled by hordes of children with innocence intact

The meaning of life i often ponder, yet i am being undeath

it pains me to rob you of miraculous life

sustenance

it pains me to rob universe of your holistic

essence

I am as i was

created

therefore I die as I was

intended

I am sentient after all
