General InformationThe conference will be held Sept. 28 – 30, 2012, on the first floor of the Leonard and Madlyn Abramson Pediatric Research Center at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. The registration fee is $435 for physicians and $275 for other healthcare professionals. The registration fee includes continental breakfast, breaks, lunch, parking (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), and syllabus material.

Pre-registration is required; the registration deadline is Friday, Sept. 14, 2012. Payment must accompany the registration form for it to be processed. Cancellation and Refund PolicyThe Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to any unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or postponement, The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia will refund any registration fees, less a $25 service charge, but is not responsible for any related costs, charges or expenses to participants, including cancellation charges assessed by airlines/travel agencies.
