Hotel InformationA block of rooms has been reserved at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts, Lake Buena Vista, Fla. You may make reservations by calling 407-934-3372. Please mention the name of this conference when making your reservation. The special conference rate is $219 per night plus 12.5 percent resort tax. The special conference rate covers Feb. 11 through Feb. 19, 2014, and will be available until Monday, Jan. 13, 2014. 1. Book a Magical Express reservation. A Magical Express reservation is required to use the service. We recommend guests book reservations at least 30 days prior to arrival. Guests need to provide:
• name of each person in room
• address (Disney will mail the Airport Transportation Booklet, which includes luggage tags, to this address)
• airline and flight number arriving into and departing from Orlando International Airport
