mortgage-free,whichmakestheprojectfinanciallypossible.PCHandagroupofresidentsformedaLimitedLiabilityCorporation(LLC)toraisefundsandoverseeabasicrenovation.Wehavefoundasolutionforthetreatmentofwastewaterandarenowreadytostartformalfundraising.

NextStepsOncethebuildingisready,PCHandtheLLCwillleaseitatminimalcosttoamanagerwhowillrunthecafandstore.Thenallofus,inparticular
