TERMINAL IS LOCATED 3.4 MILES NNE FROM JOSE CRYOGENIC TERMINAL 6.3 MILES FROM COASTLINE. JOSE OFFSHORE PLATFORM LOCATION: LAT 10º 08` 33.5` N LONG 64º 49` 33.1` W

GENERAL INFORMATION  

01. Minimum maneuvering speed for entering terminal area: 03 knots 02. No dirty ballast slop facilities available

03. Vessel must be properly ballasted according to Marpol regulations no. 13 requirements. 04. Terminal requires that tanks are under inert conditions upon arrival/during cargo ops. 05. Maximum loa allowed at pier east/west: 330 meters 06. Maximum draft allowed at pier east/west: 75 feet 07. Minimum dwt allowed at pier east/west: 80,000 m/tons 08. Maximum dwt allowed at pier east/west: 310,000 m/tons 09. Parallel body: 100 mts 10. Minimum vessels capacity at pier east/west: 90,000 cubic meters 11. Maximum vessels capacity at pier east/west: 286,000 cubic meters 12. Minimum parallel body length at pier east/west: 110 meters 13. Freeboard at pier east/west: maximum 24.2 mts (vertical distance from

water line to vessel´s manifold in any condition) 14. Daylight restrictions at pier east/west: no limitations 15. Maximum loading rate at pier east/west: 100,000 bbls/hr with four (3)

arms of 16 inches asa 150 which are supplied by four (4) pipelines of 36 inches.

16. Starboard side alongside for pier West 17. Portside alongside for pier East 18. Communications from ship to shore will be through vhf channel 14.

However, vessel must be standby on channels 14 and 16 during whole operations.

19. Pilot will usually board at anchorage: one and a half (1.5) mile north of platform.

20. Two (2) tugs will be used for maneuvering vessels less than 150,000 m/tons dwt unless that pilot decides differently.

21. Three (3) tugs will be used for maneuvering vessels with more than 150,000 m/tons dwt.

23. The red (bravo) flag for handling dangerous cargo must be displayed at daylight and a red light at night while alongside piers, as well as the Venezuelan National Flag between sunrise and sunset.

24. Delivery of bunkers, provisions, etc. Is absolutely forbidden during operations while alongside berths east/west. Also, it is forbidden to embark/disembark anybody while at berth, unless an emergency arises.

while alongside. 30. While docked it`s forbidden to wash, or perform any kind of repairs on

ships sides to avoid contamination of the sea. 31. All of above requirements must be confirmed by master to terminal. 32. Fyi, a representative of the Venezuelan coast guard (might) board

vessel once alongside to carry out inspections on vessel`s solas equipment/facilities. Also, kindly arrange three (3) cabins for loading master, surveyor and agent respectively. These persons will remain on board during loading operations.

33. Please revert with Scac code for the bill (s) of lading if same applicable.

34. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed to enter the terminal, please inform crew accordingly.

35. No shore leave from anchorage, only for crew change or medical reasons.

36. Please be informed that Pdvsa operates under Marsec level 1, if you declare level 2, Pdvsa will not bring your vessel alongside until you match up terminal Marsec level. Please find here below information received from Venezuelan port authorities on this regard: Venezuelan port authorities are stating that vessels with a different security level than the port or facility will not be permitted to berth until they match up. Fortunately the uscg advisory does not require the vessels to actually declare security level 2 but to implement those measures. We would request that in order to prevent vessels from being denied entry into a Venezuelan port that you let them know to follow the advisory but to make sure they declare security level which matches that of the port or facility. Also we would ask that on departure from Venezuela the vessels report their actions to u.s. coast guard as quick as possible, as per the advisory.

37. Life Boat is not allowed to down without previous permission from Harbor Master Office.
