Alignment-based Yoga | All levelsProvides specific alignment instructions within a balance and flow of postures. Enough time is taken to create good foundations and alignment in every pose. Each class includes Sun Salutations, inversions, and back extensions along with a special focus on a particular asana series. The class will challenge both flexibility and strength. Come for a good, strong practice while learning skills to apply to your overall knowledge and practice of yoga.

Flow and Form | Level 2–3Part hatha Flow, part intelligent alignment.  Thoughtful sequences, precise anatomical cueing and an unwavering focus on the breath guide us safely towards peak postures during this strong class. yoga experience is recommended.

Advanced practice | Level 3A class for students who want to challenge the mind and the body. This class incorporates holding postures longer and advanced physical postures like headstand, standing balance and arm balance. Prior Knowledge and skill in yoga is highly recommended. Minimum one year of practice.

Aerial Yoga | All levelsAerial Yoga provides a fun and challenging workout that allows you to stretch and strengthen without overstressing your joints or compressing your vertebrae. The key to Aerial Yoga is the hammock, a swath of silky fabric that acts as your support system. Using the hammock, you invert and hang suspended in the air. Best of all, the hammock wraps you in your own little cocoon for a swaying savasana above the ground. Some health restrictions might apply.

Sandy Feet Yoga | All levelsYoga class practiced on the beach, highlighting standing and balancing poses…and just like the name says: you will get sandy. Best part: Jumping in the ocean right after your session! Class is held in front of the Harmony Hotel beach entrance near or in front of the Palm Tree. All levels.

Yoga Therapeutics | All levelsThis class is a perfect time for all practitioners to slow down and consciously align. Each class will target a specific intention (low back care, shoulder and neck therapeutics), and include a breath meditation and deep relaxation for integration of the therapeutic alignments practiced within the class.

YinFluence | All levelsA blend of YIN, restorative & gentle yoga.  A sequenced, mindful flow of long held postures that stretch and stimulate the body’s deep connective tissues.  The ideal complement to dynamic muscular forms of yoga and fitness.  Excellent for Athletes, Surfers and Beginners.

Clarity Breathwork | All levelsA profound tool for transformation and healing on all levels–body, mind & spirit. It uses the ancient practice of circular, connected breathing that has been used in cultures around the world, for thousands of years, for healing and attaining higher states of consciousness. Breathwork is one of the purest and most effective techniques to release stress and tension, heal and resolve trauma, and awaken you to your true Being.

Core and breathwork | All levelsFor a burst of physical, mental and energetic transformation, we begin with intentional core work with alignment focus, and end with a savasana-supported Pranayama and Clarity Breathwork practice. A deep relaxation and meditation that follows is a perfect way to prepare you for a radical sunset!

CommUNITY Yoga | All levelsFor the love of practice! This class, taught by different teachers each month, offers a unique opportunity for students to explore various styles of Hatha Yoga. Complimentary.

Open Meditation | All levelsFacilitator will focus circle using mindfulness and some guided approaches. There will be an 8 minute introduction to the day's meditation followed by 30 minute silent sit. Donation based.

Qi Gong | All levels Ancient practice of self-healing through meditations in movement.  This practice begins with a grateful heart and evolves through a series of gentle movements and visualizations which activate and balance the flow of Qi- our primordial life force.  It has been regarded throughout the ages for its beneficial effects for energy balancing, longevity, mental and emotional stress, fatigue, and insomnia. Roll with Roland | All levelsHave you flossed your fascia today? Whether you a dealing with chronic pain or stiffness, Body rolling is the perfect compliment to life in movement. Inspired from the teachings of: Body Rolling by Yamuna Zake, The M.E.L.T. method by Sue Hitzmann, The Roll Model by Jill Miller, and their mentors, as well the eastern healing art of QiGong blended into one eclectic mix. Led by Roland Aber, certified massage therapist, yogi, and dancer. Limit 5 students. Donation based.

Jan. 6th Open Meditation with Anton

We will briefly practice different approaches to medita-tion during the 90 minutes. Mindfulness, walking, light, sound, mantra, zen. Basic class with suggestions of appropriate approaches for engaging being with our minds and related benefits.

This workshop presents the fundamental principles of alignment that are used in every yoga posture. In a step-by-step fashion, you will learn how the body is designed to move and how to apply that knowledge to your yoga practice. Discover your full potential, go deeper in your poses, and understand how to recognize when your alignment is not precise and can cause injury. Jan 13th & 30th. Yoga as Therapy with Dr. Steven Weiss

This interactive workshop explores the fundamental principles of yoga alignment and how to use them as a powerful and effective therapy for structural issues.  Learn effective methods to improve and prevent common postural misalignments that cause injury. The therapy tools utilize traditional yoga poses along with hands-on assists and adjustments. Many of the therapies can also be used on a table along with massage and other bodywork. This workshop is for anyone who understands the value of yoga as therapy and wants to learn a clear and sophisti-cated approach its use.

Meditative and heart opening intentions in our asanas; fluidity and expression in our dance; connection with each other, earth and sky, to finish with a relaxing and blissful savasana under the stars!

Meet at the Harmony Hotel beach entrance near the Palm Tree. Bring a towel, water and devotion. Please bring water, towel, flashlight, insect repellent.

Please note the Full Moon is specifically. A Full moon RISE practice and is the day before the full moon , it is the only moment where the Sun sets and rises at the same time!

"Be like the Bamboo the Zen Master said ...bend, do not break, such is the way with bamboo.  It endures stress and finds a way to bounce back! This is called resilience". A  Sunset yoga and movement art practice with a tall Bamboo pole on the beach.  This beautiful outdoor practice is a wonderful way to practice presence while connecting deeper with nature.  Between earth and sky, ocean and jungle, the support of the bamboo assist to align, center ground stretch and balance.

Our session circles into a playful Zen meditation as we draw our mandalas on the sand, practicing letting go, gratitude and new visions. Please bring water, towel, flashlight, insect repellent. It is advised not to bring valuables on the beach.
