Procedure for supplying the Manpower for Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman & UAEAfter having the demand letter from the employer company, we undergo the

following tasks:1. We assemble related candidates and select the excellent one through interview,

conducting theoretical questions and trade testing to measure the ability on the basis of experience, qualification, mental and physical soundness.

2. Selected candidate are sent for medical check up .3. AftergettingtheMedicalFitnessCertificate,relevantdocumentsoftheselected

candidateisdispatchedtotheemployerCompany.4. After receiving the visa copy & employment contract, we perform all the

necessaryactivitiessuchasacquiringpermissionfromtheLabourDepartmentand Orientation & Insurance etc.

5. We provide the orientation for the selected candidates on local culture, tradition, social practices religions taboo and about working environment of relevant country

6. After getting the Airways confirmation and the permission from the Labour Department,wemaketheairticketandsendthecandidateimmediately.

Procedure of supplying Human Work-Force for Saudi ArabiaAfterhavingthedemandletteraswellasConsulateAuthorizationLetter(wAkALA)

from the employer company, we perform the following tasks.1. We assemble related candidates and select the excellent one through interview.2. SelectedcandidatearesenttoGAMCAformedicalcheckup.3. Aftergetting theMedical FitnessCertificate, thepassportof thecandidate is

dispatched to Saudi Arabia Embassy situated either in Bangladesh or India.4. After getting the visa stamp and the employment contact, we perform all

the necessary procedures - such as acquiring permission from the LabourDepartmentandOrientation&Insuranceetc.

5. After getting the permission from the Labour Department, wemake the airtickets and send the candidates immediately.
