MANUAL FOR COLLEGES TO UPDATE / ADD STUDENT PHOTO (for smartphone coupon)

1. College need to visit Higher Education Portal at URL: http://mphighereducation.nic.in and click on Login link.

2. College need to Login within their College Dashboard using already provided Username / Password.

3. College need to click on the link "List of Eligible Student" to ADD / UPDATE student photo.

4. Select the Form Drop Down Values (admission year, course) as per sequence described and press the button "show list

of student".

To upload photo for any specific student, click "Upload Photo" button of sequence 4.

5. On clicking "Upload Photo" button, Popup appears with option to choose photo and upload with student profile. Photo

should be maximum of 200KB.

6. After successful uploading of Photo to student profile, college need to download new smartphone coupon using link

below.
