PDEA STRIKES AGAIN; CONFISCATES 5M WORTH OF SHABU IN
ZAMBO CITY
Another kilogram of suspected shabu was prevented from being distributed into
the streets when it was confiscated by elements of PDEA RO 9, PDEA RO 10, NISG
and Task Force Zamboanga on December 2, 2017 at around 1645H during a buy-bust
operation conducted at Parking Lot of La Casa Maria, Barangay Sta. Maria,
Zamboanga City. This operation also resulted to the arrest of five drug suspects.
PDEA RO IX Regional Director, Dir. III Lyndon P. Aspacio, CESE identified the
arrested suspects as Sahari Sabturani y Addalani a.k.a. “Dante Solaiman”, male, 37,
married, target-listed, Kubal Drug Group Member, a resident of Tetuan, Zamboanga
City; Ryan Rajan y Quijano, male, 30, a resident of Southcom Village, Zamboanga
City; Kizzie Rajan y Tungupon, female, 30, married, resident of Southcom Village,
Zamboanga City; Gasi Hadjirul y Waliyul, male, 42, married, a resident of Southcom
Village, Zamboanga City; and Albajir Sanny, male, 25, married, and a resident of
Tetuan, Zamboanga City.
Confiscated during the operation were twenty (20) heat-sealed transparent
plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu,
weighing more or less 1.0 kilogram worth P5,000,000, P3,000 placed on top of 3
bundles of cut out papers made to appear as 1.5M pesos used as buy-bust money,
one unit Ford Ranger Wildtrak Vehicle and its key, and one Rusi single motorcycle
and its key.
Cases for violations of Section 5 and Section 26 (Attempt or Conspiracy) in
relation to Section 5 (Selling of Illegal Drugs), Article II of RA 9165 otherwise known
as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed in court against the
suspects.
The suspects are now temporarily detained at PDEA RO 9 Jail Facility.
DRUG SUSPECT ARRESTED AT CAMINO NUEVO, ZAMBO CITY
Another drug suspect was arrested by elements of PDEA RO IX on December
5, 2017 at around 0030H during a buy-bust operation conducted at Boholano Drive,
Camino Nuevo, Zamboanga City.
PDEA RO IX Regional Director, Dir. III Lyndon P. Aspacio, CESE identified the
arrested suspect as Elmer Aniñon y Silay, male, 40 years old, married, laborer and a
resident of Camino Nuevo, Zamboanga City.
Confiscated from the possession and control of the suspect were eleven (11)
heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance
suspected to be shabu, weighing more or less one (1) gram worth P3,500 and drug
paraphernalia. The agents also recovered the P500 utilized as buy-bust money.
The suspect will be charged for violations of Section 5 (Selling of Illegal Drugs),
Section 11 (Possession of Illegal Drugs) and Section 12 (Possession of Drug
Paraphernalia), Article II of RA 9165 otherwise known as the Comprehensive
Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The suspect is now temporarily detained at PDEA RO 9 Jail Facility.
FIVE ARRESTED IN ZAMBO DRUG BUST
Five drug suspects were arrested by joint elements of PDEA RO IX and
Zamboanga City Police Station 5 during a buy-bust operation conducted on December
4, 2017 at around 2300H at Ramos Drive, Morning Glory, Putik, Zamboanga City.
PDEA RO IX Regional Director, Dir. III Lyndon P. Aspacio, CESE identified the
arrested suspects as Jayvee Sigeue y Saracena, male, 29, single; Jun Mark Sigeue y
Saracena, male, 28, single; Virginia Sigeue y Saracena, female, 53, married; Analyn
Sigeue y Saracena, female, 32, single, all residents of the above-mentioned place;
and Reynelyn Sabal y Rico, female, 33, single and a resident of Pasay, San Roque,
Zamboanga City.
Confiscated during the operation were five (5) heat-sealed transparent plastic
sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, weighing more
or less 0.5 gram and several drug paraphernalia. The agents also recovered the P500
utilized as buy-bust money.
Cases for violations of Section 5 (Selling of Illegal Drugs), Section 11
(Possession of Illegal Drugs) and Section 12 (Possession of Drug Paraphernalia),
Article II of RA 9165 otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of
2002, will be filed in court against the suspects. They are now temporarily detained at
PDEA RO 9 Jail Facility.
BONGAO DRUG BUST YIELDS 250 GRAMS OF SHABU
Joint elements of PDEA Tawi-Tawi Provincial Office, 51st Special Action Force,
Tawi-Tawi PPSC and Bongao MPS conducted a buy-bust operation on December 6,
2017 at around 1140H at Barangay Nalil, Bongao, Tawi-Tawi which resulted to the
arrest of a drug suspect.
PDEA RO IX Regional Director, Dir. III Lyndon P. Aspacio, CESE identified the
arrested suspect as Alside Ibang y Ybañez a.k.a. “Al”, male, 22 years old, carpenter,
and a resident of the said place.
Confiscated during the operation were five (5) heat-sealed transparent plastic
sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, weighing more
or less 250 grams worth P1,250,000 and P2000 used as buy bust money and 68 cut
papers served as boodle money.
Cases for violations of Section 5 (Selling of Illegal Drugs) and Section 11
(Possession of Illegal Drugs), Article II of RA 9165 otherwise known as the
Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, will be filed in court against the
suspect.
TWO BUSTED FOR SELLING METH IN IPIL, ZAMBO SIBUGAY
On December 8, 2017 at 1045H, elements of PDEA RO IX assisted by Ipil Municipal
Police Station conducted a buy-bust operation at Green Meadows Subdivision, Barangay
Pangi, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay which resulted in the arrest of two drug suspects.
PDEA RO IX Regional Director, Dir. III Lyndon P. Aspacio, CESE identified the
arrested suspects as Jose Cornelio Sapii y Pineda aka “Bobong”, male, 35 years old, married,
a resident of Green Meadow Subdivision, Barangay Pangi, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay; and
Reymar Abdurahman y Muñez, male, 27 years old, married, and resident of Magdaup, Ipil,
Zamboanga Sibugay.
Confiscated during the operation were six (6) pcs heat-sealed transparent plastic
sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu weighing more or less
two (2) grams worth P7,000, one (1) cigarette pack labeled Mighty, one (1) plastic tool box
with grey cover, two (2) transparent plastic sachets containing residue of suspected shabu,
one (1) folded aluminum foil, two (2) packs plastic sachet labeled SABAKU containing several
empty transparent plastic sachets, three (3) pcs aluminum foil strips, one (1) rolled aluminum
foil strip, two (2) rolled tissue, one (1) folded tissue paper, one (1) disposable lighter colored
blue with improvised aluminum foil flame reducer, three (3) improvised plastic scooper made
of green plastic straw, one (1) driver’s license bearing the same name Sapii, Jose Cornelio y
Pineda, one (1) pair of stainless scissors and two (2) pcs Php100.00 bills used as buy-bust
money.
Cases for violations of Section 5 (Selling of Illegal Drugs) and Section 11 (Possession
of Illegal Drugs), Article II of RA 9165 otherwise known as Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs
Act of 2002, are being readied for filing in court against the suspects.
TRICYCLE DRIVER NABBED FOR SELLING SHABU
On December 10, 2017 at 1700H, joint elements of PDEA Zamboanga del Sur
Provincial Office, Provincial Intelligence Branch-Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Police
Office (PIB-ZDSPPO), Police Provincial Detection Team – Zamboanga del Sur
Provincial Police Office (PPDT-ZDSPPO) and Margosatubig Municipal Police Station
conducted a buy-bust operation at Purok Daisy 1, Poblacion, Margosatubig,
Zamboanga del Sur which resulted in the arrest of a drug suspect.
PDEA RO IX Regional Director, Dir. III Lyndon P. Aspacio, CESE identified the
arrested suspect as Jocano Hussain y Ando, male, 22 years old, married, tricycle
driver, and a resident of Purok Water Lily, Margosatubig, Zamboanga del Sur.
Confiscated during the operation were three (3) heat-sealed transparent plastic
sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu weighing more
or less five (5) grams worth P25,000 and one black leather pouch. The agents also
recovered from the suspect two (2) One Hundred Peso bills used as buy-bust money.
Cases for violations of Section 5 (Selling of Illegal Drugs) and Section 11
(Possession of Illegal Drugs), Article II of RA 9165 otherwise known as
Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, are being readied for filing in court
against the suspect.
TWO DRUG OFFENDERS BUSTED IN ZAMBO CITY
Two drug suspects ended up in jail when they were arrested by elements of
PDEA RO IX for selling shabu during a buy-bust operation conducted at Room 316,
Winzelle Suites, Gov. Lim Avenue, Zamboanga City on December 13, 2017 at around
0210H.
PDEA RO IX Regional Director, Dir. III Lyndon P. Aspacio, CESE identified the
arrested suspects as Muaser Abdulla y Kadir, male, 34 years old, married, a resident
of Kasalamatan Drive, Kasanyangan, Zamboanga City; and Adz Lajarani y
Barbangsa, male, 30 years old, single and a resident of Enriquez Drive, Sta. Catalina,
Zamboanga City.
Confiscated during the operation were eight (8) pieces heat-sealed transparent
plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu weighing
more or less 11.88 grams worth P59,400, one yellow with blue stripe colored plastic
bag labeled as OK Department Store, one transparent glass tube, one pre-cut
transparent plastic used as scooper with residue of suspected shabu, one opened
transparent plastic sachet containing several pieces of opened transparent plastic
sachets, two blue colored disposable lighters, one heat-sealed transparent plastic
sachet containing several pieces of folded aluminum foils, one pouch colored bronze,
one digital weighing scale, one pair of scissors, and two butane gas canisters. The
agents also recovered one Five Hundred Peso (P500) bill utilized as buy-bust money.
Cases for violations of Section 26 (Attempt or Conspiracy) in relation to Section
5 (Selling of Illegal Drugs), Section 11 (Possession of Illegal Drugs) and Section 12
(Possession of Drug Paraphernalia), Article II of RA 9165 otherwise known as
Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, are being readied for filing in court
against the suspects.
P500K WORTH OF SHABU SEIZED FROM A DRUG SUSPECT
More or less 100 grams of suspected shabu worth P500,000 was seized from
a drug suspect when he was arrested during a buy-bust operation conducted by
elements of PDEA RO IX on December 13, 2017 at around 1220H at the vicinity of NS
Valderrosa Street, Zamboanga City.
PDEA RO IX Regional Director, Dir. III Lyndon P. Aspacio, CESE identified the
arrested suspect as Alman Aju y Emdalis a.k.a. “Alden”, male, 26 years old, married
and a resident of Pag-asinan, Bongao, Tawi-Tawi.
Confiscated during the operation were two (2) pieces heat-sealed transparent
plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu weighing
more or less 100 grams worth P500,000 placed inside a black plastic cellophane and
one (1) One Thousand Peso bill placed on top of the cut papers made to appear as
P160,000 wrapped in a white paper utilized as buy-bust money.
A case for violation of Section 5 (Selling of Illegal Drugs), Article II of RA 9165
otherwise known as Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, is being readied
for filing in court against the suspect.
12-M WORTH OF SHABU SEIZED IN ZAMBO DRUG BUST
More or less 2.4 kilograms of suspected shabu worth Php12, 215,000 were
seized from a drug suspect when he was arrested during a buy-bust operation
conducted by joint elements of PDEA RO IX and PDEA ARMM on December 23, 2017
at around 1300H at the vicinity of Estrada Drive, Tetuan, Zamboanga City.
PDEA RO IX Regional Director, Dir. III Lyndon P. Aspacio, CESE identified the
arrested suspect as Al-Jhmer Jakilan y Unding, 33 years old, married, security guard
and a resident of Isabela City, Basilan.
Confiscated during the operation were nine (9) pieces self-sealing plastic
sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, two (2) pieces
self-sealing plastic bags wrapped in a transparent cello wrap containing white
crystalline substance believed to be shabu, weighing more or less 2,443.8 grams
worth Php12,215,000, one can of Khong Guan Biscuit and two (2) bundles of boodle
money made to appear worth Php200,000 topped with two (2) genuine Php1,000 bills
used as buy-bust money.
