Tender Title : Procurement Of Reciprocating Compressor for HCU Revamp Project at BPCL Mumbai Refinery

Tender Ref : CRFQ No. 1000262504 dated 12.08.2016 & e-tender system no. 15530

Bidders to note following clarifications for the additional pre-bid queries received.

compressor P&ID (Drawing No.132-1194NR,132-1195NR & 132-1196NR) marked * (meaning as by compressor vendor), please clarify whether we need to supply these instruments OR not. Also if we need to supply these instruments we do not have specifications for these instruments and required to be furnish by EIL/ BPCL

132-K-203 A/B/C are existing compressor and no instruments are to be supplied. P&IDs of existing machines provided for pulsation study and better understanding of the overall system.

2 For P&ID,132-1193, some instruments are marked as * (by compressor vendor) on First Stage KOD including line coming through bypass piping, please clarify the scope

Compressor 132-K-203 D and HV1001 are to be supplied by the vendor. Adequacy check of PV801 and 132-E-235 are also in vendor’s scope. The same needs to be supplied (new) if found inadequate.

3 We understand our scope for process is as per P&ID 132-1196NRA Rev.01 & Angle Valve (HV1001) which is marked on P&ID 132-1193NR for Instruments including instruments marked in Instrumentation & Annunciation Datasheet and other items

Scope of supply shall be as per MR and its amendment.

All other terms and conditions of the tender shall remain unchanged.
