You select the service level and preferred method of operation.
We recognise that every company is different and this is reflected in the flexibility ofour outsourcing portfolio that will ensure all employees are paid accurately and ontime.
• Payroll Bureau: Simply email employee details and / or payslip information toour processing centre and we do the rest! We transmit pay for processing (i.e.employee bank accounts, hours worked, overtime payments, new starters etc.)Payroll reports and payslips can either be emailed directly to you, or printed andcouriered to your designated office. If you use Employee and Manager Self ServiceHR21, payslips can be viewed online and printed as required.
• Part Managed: You will have direct access to your dedicated HR and Payrolldatabase and can view / amend details at any time. So, unlike many competingservices, you will NOT have to wait for the results. Once payroll has beenprocessed, you have immediate, online access to payroll information. You will alsoreceive reports, financial systems / ERP and banking interfaces and, if required,you can enhance your Payroll Services contract with Frontier Software’s HumanResource modules.
• Fully Managed: We become YOUR payroll office! Frontier Software PayrollServices will handle all data import, as well as processing, and if an employee hasa payroll enquiry, it will be managed by a nominated co-ordinator at FrontierSoftware. Alternatively, you may decide to enter your data directly into the HRand Payroll database for processing. We answer statutory queries and make third-party payments. You can also choose from a variety of Frontier Software modulesthat offer service integration options, such as HR21: Employee and Manager SelfService and other modules to obtain your strategic vision.
Suitable for all industries, theservice levels can be changed at anytime and a team of Frontier Softwareexperts is always on hand to help youselect your preferred method ofoperation.

Alternate hardware servers come intooperation if one server becomes faulty. Of course BCP principles also apply toother business aspects e.g. Staff, power outages within the processing centre(s).
