CHOOSING THE BEST PAVER FOR YOUR PROJECTAdbri has a great range of pavers for every application! While pavers may appear similarand many can be used for multiple applications, the reality is some pavers perform betterthan others for certain projects! Paving can be a valuable investment in your home so it’simportant topick the best product foryour projects, both big and small.
STEP 1 - Project Type
Therearea numberofconsiderationsregarding yourprojectincluding types of traffic thatthepaverwill beexposedto(pedestrian orvehicular), thelocation of the pavementand theintended frequency of use. important toconsider a quality solution.
STEP 2 - Size and shape of the area
The size and shape of the area to be paved are important for a number of reasons.Firstly some pavers are well suited to small spaces as they are easy to work with.As anexample, large formatpavers can makesmallerspaces appear bigger!Theshape ofthearea is also a vital consideration as yoursize and shape may mean
youneed tocutpavers– this involves theuse of a BrickSaw which requires caution in operation. Look atpavers and designs thatcan reducethenumberof cuts you require.
STEP 3 - Colour and Texture
Pavingis thefoundation of a highuseoutdoorroomsuch as a courtyard,patio or entertaining area and theproductand colour youchoose will set thescenefor the
entire area! Consider which paving colour will bestcompliment yourexisting space and keeptextures in mind.Doyoulike thesmoothlook ortheexposed aggregate style? Doyourequire a paverwith highslip resistance?
