The Development project “Madinaty” is a mega project acquiring 8,000 acres (34,000,000 m²) approx. in the desert located in the east side of Cairo extending after the site of new Cairo and limited by Suez road from north, the desert from east and south while abutting from west the limits of new Cairo. The total population of “Madinaty” is expected to be over 500,000 capita. The project will include different type of residential with different sizes to suite the different demands as well as all type of other service facilities including but not limited to educational, entertainment, medical, office buildings, etc

Owned by Maxim, Bo Islands Resort is located at the very heart of Sidi Abdel Rahman Bay, 120km on the Alexandria / Marsa Matrouh North Coast Road. The plot is part of an overall master plan of total 9 million square meters that develops from the road toward the Mediterranean Sea.

Inspired by the Bohemian architecture concept with Eco-friendly features. Bo Islands is divided into 6 phases offering an array of property types ranging from luxurious villas to cozy chalets as well as 5 star hotels, shopping, and well landscaped leisure areas.

AZHA RESORT

AZHA Resort is a waterfront resort designed as a luxury destination with International standards developed by MADAR Development. Located in Ain Sokhna “left side” where there is an abundance of sandy beaches for a mix of active and casual 5 star lifestyles.

The development is nearly 1.6 million square meters with a waterfront stretching approximately 700 meters on the clear waters of the Suez Gulf branching from the Red Sea.

City gate has undertaken to build a self contained community on 2000 acres of the gently rolling landscape of New Cairo, an extension to Egypt’s capital city. The project will feature several unique villages containing every imaginable choice of lifestyle, from gated villas and town-houses to high-rise apartments. The community will include schools, a hospital, mosques, parks, shopping complexes, health facilities and a range of other amenities. The final population of City Gate is expected to exceed 180,000 residence.

The Baron Land project is located on a large parcel of land in New Cairo - Egypt in a prime location next to several large scale high end residential projects . The overall project site is divided into two phases . Phase 1 of the project is divided into three zones ( A,B,C) while the second phase is only one zone ( D ).This Description is mainly concerned with zone A of the project . Zone A is partially divided into small land plots to be sold to small developers or end users.

The site is located within the Sheik Zayed City development zone on the Cairo-Alexandria desert road adjacent to the Sixth of October City developed by the government in the 1980s.The club should accommodate full athletic services and facilities including sports academies and championships in addition to accompanying social facilities that complement the athletics portion and allow for non-athletic functions to take place.

The project is located in a prime location in Sheikh Zayed City, on the main axes (El Mehwar Road) in an intermediate location of high level commercial hubs of the area. The project is a high end shopping mall that includes different types of retail brands, anchor stores, entertainment, cinema complex, food and beverage outlets and cafés. The built up area of the mall is approximately 68,625 square meters with an underground car parking of 35,630 square meters. The Mall has a 500 meter long façade facing El Mehwar Road.

Main mess hall separated into two halls (500 person capcity for each)connected with main enterance hall.Main entrance hall is to be provided with air lock, security room, and automatic doors.Kitchen capacity is 800 meal 3 times /day and will serve all types of meals, storage areas, and loading and unloading areas.The surrounding landscape is a combination between minimalism and usability.
