Zebu Bar+Grill is the entertainment hub of Port and also a phenomenal waterfront modern Australian cuisine restaurant.

a quirky name derived from a humped Brahmin cow and the Tibetan

Executive Chef Adam Tait has masterfully crafted his signature into the

grill’s inviting menu with dishes of roasted rabbit saddle, mulloway and

kangaroo, banana textures with caramel, brioche and baileys, not to

mention the damn good steaks. If it’s a culinary journey you are after

Simon Jeffree the Grill Manager can’t go past the Five Course Degustation

offering a taste of the best from the seasonal menu matched with some

seriously good drops every night of the week. Gourmet traveller stopped

through and thought the same awarding the team and the venue “Two

Wine Glass” status in the Australian Wine List of the year Awards for its

passionately patriotic curation of their modern Australian wine list, ex-

pertly matched with modern Australian cuisine.

The venue offers something for everyone, and is true to its word serving

coastal cuisine from sunup till sunset. The hub of the entertainment

precinct it’s the perfect spot to sip on a locally roasted coffee from the

fun and friendly baristas whilst doing a little business on the side. Indulge

in a naughty treat from the devilishly sweet selection, enjoy a sun

drenched breakfast after a night out on the town, a leisurely lunch or

make it a place to catch up after a busy week over a muddled Mojito.

Either way it’s hard not to relax and soak up the allure of the waterfront.
