advances significant economic development
opportunities identified in the region’s plan

Acts as a catalyst for other projects or initiatives that
advance strategies identified by the regional plan

1. Two page narrative/concept paper
2. Establish Goals and Objectives
3. Establish a realistic Budget
4. List Outcomes and Deliverables
5. Gantt Chart
