The Patras Innovation Hub is located in the outskirts of Greece's third largest urban area, and the regional capital of Western Greece, in northern Peloponnese, 215 km west of Athens.

Dubbed Greece's Gate to the West, Patras is a commercial hub, while its busy port is a nodal point for trade and communication with Italy and the rest of Western Europe.

The Patras InnoHub overlooks the Gulf of Patras from the foothills of mount Panachaikon, within walking distance to the Patras University Campus and 3 km away from the crossroad of the Athens-Patras National Road (Greek National Road 8) and the world's longest multi-span cable-stayed bridge of Rio-Antirio.

The InnoHub is designed to accelerate the successful development of innovative companies in Western Greece through an array of business support resources and services, developed and orchestrated by Corallia.

The InnoHub dedicates its resources primarily to start-up and early-stage companies, however, small & medium companies and corporates may also find here a cost-effective place to setup their branch offices to get access to Western Greece markets and Patras’ pool of talent.

The InnoHub contains 2.400 sqms of office space, adjacent to a 10.000 sqms logistics center complex with a 100 car parking lot dedicated to the employees and visitors of the InnoHub.

The InnoHub operates with the same high quality standard as the very successful and multiply awarded Corallia’s Innovation Center in Maroussi, Athens, Greece.

The Patras InnoHub also offers a high-tech exhibition area, that is specially designed to collectively promote to the visitors the achievements of the InnoHub tenants and with its 15 stands and touch screens, can be configured on demand for any promotional need.

The Patras InnoHub Incubation Area offers eight fully furnished offices from 12 to 20 sqms designed to keep companies’ overhead to a minimum. Offices can be tailored to meet companies’ needs and can be combined to serve larger space needs. All offices have autonomous security and air conditioning systems. Car, motorbike and bike parking slots are offered too. Datacenter, storage and other facilities can be provided upon request.

Τhe Patras InnoHub offers three professional meeting rooms, for 10-30 attendees (20-66 sqms), with flexible layouts, internet connection, whiteboard, flip chart, reception area, administrative support, executive catering, and office services including copying, printing, scanning and more. Videoconferencing facilities support demanding presentations to a local and distant audience.

The interaction and fellowship spirit that characterizes the InnoHub, reaches its zenith at the Café d’innovation, where one of the best chefs of Patras is serving traditional Greek and Mediterranean cuisine to the InnoHub employees and executive catering to its visitors upon request and allows for a brief moment to socialize, interact and exchange ideas. It constitutes a separate location in the building, with ambient light and space, capable to host company events and meals.
