Project GROWGoals and Objectives
Goal 1: Recruit 600 participants residing the PUMA #1102.
Objective 1: Recruit individuals for participation in
grant activities who meet grant requirements. Unemployed Individuals (Chronic definition) High School Dropouts Individuals with a criminal record (Felony/Misdemeanor)
Objective 2: Provide comprehensive support service to
minimize barriers that prevent engagement in training.

Goal 2: Train 390 participants residing in the PUMA #1102
Objective 1: Develop a range of basic educational skills
and specialized job skills. Objective 2: Deliver training to recruited participants.

Objective 2: Provide comprehensive support service to minimize barriers that prevent engagement into successful completion of training.

Goal 3: Place participants in an employment related to their field of study, i.e., “Green jobs”
Objective 1: Identify a pool of contractors and
employers in “Green” related activities to hire completers.
Objective 2: Work with partners and grant supporters
to hire and/or place grant completers.
