Am I qualified?

Most patent scientists or engineers hold at least a

bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering

discipline, with many holding advanced degrees

such as Ph.Ds. or M.Ds.

Patent scientists and engineers often pursue

either patent agent qualification (in India) and/or

attend law school to become patent attorneys later So if you have done BE or M.Sc. or M.Phil. in

Engineering or Science, you are qualified
