Directly inspired by a one-off timepiece from 1955 – Ref. 2512, now conserved at the Patek Philippe Museum - every detail of this watch's aesthetic has been thoughtfully studied. Patek even designed a typography that recreates handwriting, where every single letter or number is different and unique... a nod to handwritten notes in a paper diary and a reminder of the days when telephones weren't smart and time was "told" by a mechanical watch.
