La V.B.B. nasce circa trenta anni fa dalla passione dei suoi soci per il mondo del pet: questo elemento, nonostante nel tempo siano cambiate le confezioni, i prodotti e le persone, è ancora il motore trainante dell’a-zienda, che continuamente cerca di migliorare e rinnovarsi per produrre alimenti naturali, gustosi e appetibili per i ns. amici cani e gatti. La sede e lo stabilimento si trovano a Bettona, un piccolo paese nelle campagne umbre, cuore verde d’Italia, terra di grandi tradizioni e cultura nell’ali-mentazione animale. Proprio in una delle grandi industrie locali del set-tore muove i primi passi e si forma il titolare, che successivamente, ade-rendo al progetto V.B.B., porta con sè il proprio bagaglio di esperienza. Oggi l’azienda produce alimenti umidi di Qualità, un concetto chiave che viene perseguito a 360 gradi, nel:

PRODOTTO attraverso:1) l’utilizzo di materie prime pregiate ovvero soltanto carne e pesce

scrupolosamente selezionati, ritirati in maniera diretta e giornaliera/settimanale nei migliori laboratori di sezionamento;

2) l’esclusione dalle proprie formule di farine di origine animale;3) l’arricchimento delle ricette con verdure e/o cereali di prima qualità;

PROCESSO tramite:1) l’utilizzo di un sistema di rintracciabilità completo che parte dal-

le materie prime e si esaurisce con la consegna del prodotto finito;2) la non interruzione della catena del freddo: tutte le materie prime

vengono trasportate con mezzi refrigerati, ritirate con cadenza gior-naliera o settimanale e quasi sempre lavorate ancora fresche;

3) l’effettuazione di un processo di sterilizzazione “ad acqua”, che, pur essendo molto costoso, garantisce una uniformità di cottura e steri-lizzazione dei prodotti;

4) lo scrupoloso controllo delle fasi di riempimento, sterilizzazione e confezionamento da parte degli operatori

SERVIZIO poichè l’azienda è in grado di garantire una cultura e pro-fessionalità di alto livello, ma al contempo gode della flessibilità e fami-liarità delle strutture medie, artigianali, tipiche dell’economia italiana.

La V.B.B. pertanto è in grado di offrire al mercato prodotti con caratte-ristiche differenti rispetto ai competitors:

- Alta percentuale di carni e pesce freschi presenti nelle ricette;- eccellente bio-disponibilità delle proteine utilizzate;- elevata digeribilità;- buonissima appetibilità, ottenuta attraverso l’utilizzo di materie pri-me di qualità.

La V.B.B. produce quattro linee di prodotti:- KIPPY, gustosi paté in diversi formati e confezioni per cani e gatti

distribuiti nel canale specializzato;- KIPPY PEZZETTONI, veri pezzi di carne (non bocconi ricostrui-

ti) affogati in una deliziosa gelatina per cani;- HEALTHYMEAT / HEALTHYFISH, squisiti paté monoprotei-

ci per cani e gatti realizzati con proteine ricercate (quaglia, coniglio, cervo, cavallo, anatra, ecc.), studiati per la prevenzione e riduzione di intolleranze, ma consigliato anche come tradizionale alimentazio-ne giornaliera.

- BUNDY, gustosi paté in diversi formati e confezioni per cani e gatti distribuiti nei canali GDO, DO, Libero Servizio e Grossisti generici.

V.B.B. was born 30 years ago through the passion of its partners for pet world. This is - even though packages, items and people have been changed over the years - the drawing power of the company, which tries continuously to improve and renew itself in order to manufacture natural, tasty and appetizing food for your dogs and cats. The com-pany headquarters and plant are located in Bettona - a small village in the Umbrian countryside, the green heart of Italy - a land of great tradition and culture for animal feeding as well. The company owner took his first steps and trained in one of the biggest local companies in the field and joined to V.B.B. then by bringing his wealth of expe-rience. The company manufactures today QUALITY moist pet food, a key concept fully pursued in the

PRODUCT by means of:1) the use of valuable raw materials, namely meat and fish careful-

ly selected, withdrawn directly and on a daily/weekly basis in the best section laboratories;

2) the exclusion of meat meals in its recipes;3) the enrichment of recipes with prime vegetables and cereals.

PROCESSING METHOD by means of:1) the use of a full traceability system ranging from raw materials to

the delivery of end product;2) the continuity of cold chain: all raw materials are carried by ven-

tilated trucks, picked up on a daily or weekly basis and often pro-cessed when still fresh;

3) the use of “water sterilisation”- which - yet being costly - guaran-

tees cooking and sterilization uniformity of produce;4) thorough check of filling, sterilization and packing by operators.

SERVICE, since the company can guarantee high-level quality and expertise, by having at the same time flexibility and familiarity of me-dium and hand-crafted companies, a reflection of Italian economy.

Therefore V.B.B. can offer on the market produce which is different to competitors’ one, thanks to:- high percentage of fresh meat and fish in its recipes;- excellent bio-availability of the proteins used;- high digestibility;- very good palatability, thanks to top quality raw materials.

V.B.B. manufactures the following range of items:- KIPPY, tasty pate for dogs and cats, available in a number of for-

mats and packages;- KIPPY BITS, real meat bits (not reconstructed chunks) dipped in

delicious jelly for dogs;- HEALTHY MEAT / HEALTHY FISH, tasty monoprotein dog

food and cat food made of selected proteins (quail, rabbit, deer, horse, duck and so on), designed for preventing and reducing food intolerance, but suggested as traditional daily feeding too.
