The PATCO team is dedicated to providing innovative building

solutions to live and work in - never compromising customer

trust and value.

- PATCO MISSION SATEMENT

Welcome to PATCO Construction, one of the largest commercial construction companies in

Maine. We were founded over two decades ago with a mission to provide uncompromising

service and dedication to every building project. Forming a partnership with our clients,

communicating openly from the initial facility design through construction, is critical to the

success of any project we undertake.

As a local business in an increasingly demanding marketplace, we know integrity and

credibility are the key elements to success.credibility are the key elements to success. We encourage you to check on our reputation.

PATCO has experienced steady growth in the last decade, in no small part due to our

satisfied customers.

We pride ourselves on creativity and innovation, demonstrated by the design awards we

have won for the last ten years. We always weigh cost versus aesthetics very carefully, giving

our clients the most building for the dollars spent. Any recommendation we offer is based on

customer needs. Quality comes first.

TThe majority of PATCO buildings are designed by our in-house staff in conjunction with the

appropriate architectural or engineering professionals. We approach projects as a team,

promoting a dynamic and innovative environment. Our focus is on our client because our

clients are our future. We’re building our business one satisfied client at a time.

WELCOME

“Throughout the project, PATCO was more than just an outside contractor. By

making the extra effort to have an in-depth understanding of our needs, they

became part of our management team. PATCO delivered an award-winning

facility on time and on budget.”

- Craig LockeCFO & Treasurer, STEAG HamaTech Inc., Saco, ME

One of the most important elements in a successful project is a good understanding of your business and facility requirements. Whether we’re walking with you through your facility or simply listening and learning, we strive to understand your unique business needs.

We consider every building a custom project and will provide an estimate after we tour your existing facility and meet with you and your team. PATCO proposals are tailored to our client needs and expectations. We believe the process of educating, estimating, designing and building is a dynamic interactive process and a team effort.

WWe consider subcontractors (i.e. excavators, electricians, plumbers, etc) part of our company and partner with them from the estimating stage through permitting and completion. Their invaluable expertise will often save the client money. We have learned that communicating throughout the entire process is important to a successful outcome.

YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS

“PATCO built a beautiful facility that meets the rigorous stan-

dards of the Volkswagen organization. People love our stun-

ning exterior and ceramic-tiled service area”

- Mike Clair, Clair Volkswagen

The PATCO Interactive Design methodology is the most efficient way to approach your building project. Streamlining the process optimizes client control so you can focus on the big picture. This method greatly reduces the amount of time you have to spend on project management, enabling you to focus on the day-to-day operation of your own business.

WWe start by meeting with you, presenting our buildings portfolio and brainstorming design ideas and architectural details. All of your functional and aesthetic requirements are taken into account: type of business, number of employees, the types of customers you serve, site location, potential for expansion, etc. The PATCO team takes the planning process seriously and changes are welcome and even encouraged.

PPATCO Construction is an authorized builder of Varco-Pruden Buildings, one of the largest metal building system manufacturers in the world.
