Located in the middle of the East Coast of the Korean Peninsula, Gangeung isone of the best all-year-round tourist destinations of Korea. It currently takesfour hours from the Incheon International Airport and three hours from Seoulby car but the KTX, which will connect the airport to Seoul, PyeongChang,and Gangneung to better serve the needs of visitors and athletesof the 2018 Winter Olympics, will cut the travel time in half.
