Example(+) form -> S + had + been + present participle I had been studying for two hours before my friend came(-) form -> S + had + not + been + present participle I had not been studying for two hours before my friend came(?) form -> Had + S + been + present participle Had I been studying for two hours before my friend came ?The future perfect progressive Tense

(Future Perfect Continous Tense)UsesTell the duration of activity that will be in progress before another time or event in the future timePASTFUTUREPRESENTAffirmative statement

To make an Affirmative future perfect progressive statement, simply follow this pattern:

Subject+ will + have + been + verb 1 + ing

Example:

I will have been swimming for an hour by 6.30.
