MIDNIGHT BISOU’s brilliant year has included victories over 2x G1W Elate (3x), G1W She’s a Julie, MG1W Wow Cat, G1W Come Dancing, G1W Shamrock Rose and G1W Eskimo Kisses plus an additional 10 Graded Stakes Winners. She will look to make one final start in the G2 Beldame before heading to Santa Anita for her 4-year-old finale in the G1 Breeders’ Cup Distaff. PAST PERFORMANCES

Not only does MIDNIGHT BISOU have 5 G1 wins and 5 100+ Beyer figures to her name, she is also a throwback to the classic race mare epitomized by durability and soundness. Since debuting in October of her 2-year-old year, MIDNIGHT BISOU has run 17 times in 22 months at 9 different tracks and has NEVER finished off the board.

In her career debut at 2, MIDNIGHT BISOU ran 2nd, beaten a nose by eventual G1W DREAM TREE, running six furlongs in 1:10 2/5 at Santa Anita. She went on to miss three weeks later by the same margin in the Desi Arnaz at Del Mar, once again behind G1W DREAM TREE.

AS A 3-YEAR-OLD, BISOU found her best stride and started the year with a bang posting a 4 ½ lengths score in the G2 Santa Ynez at Santa Anita.

From there, she went on a roll, winning 3 consecutive Graded Stakes including the G1 Santa Anita Oaks before heading to the G1 Kentucky Oaks where she went off favored.

While ultimately finishing a fast closing 3rd with a troubled trip in the Oaks, BISOU lost nothing in defeat behind eventual Champion MONOMOY GIRL and would get back to

her winning ways with a 6-length score in the G2 Mother Goose at Belmont, besting G2W ROAD TO VICTORY and G2W MY MISS LILLY. She would earn two G1-placings in the G1 Coaching Club American Oaks and G1 Alabama before taking the G1 Cotillion at Parx after a long stretch duel, getting the better of MONOMOY GIRL. The pair were more than 13-lenths clear of MGSW-millionaire WONDER GADOT, G1W SEPARATIONOFPOWERS, G2W CHOCOLATE MARTINI and G3W DIXIE SERENADE.

MIDNIGHT BISOU would go on to finish her year with a close 3rd-place finish in the Breeders’ Cup Distaff before being named an Eclipse Award finalist in the 3-Year-Old Filly Division.

THIS YEAR AS A 4-YEAR-OLD, MIDNIGHT BISOU has taken her game to a whole new level. She has won 6 straight Graded Stakes from as many starts including 3 Grade 1s, each at different tracks.

She’s defeated top distaff mare MG1W ELATE 3 times. She’s defeated G1Ws COME DANCING, SHE’S A JULIE, WOW CAT, ESKIMO KISSES, and SHAMROCK ROSE.

A huge positive in her pedigree is that she represents an outcross to a majority of the top stallions, not only across the United States, but the world.
