En voz pasiva: is thought Esta parte de la oración se queda exactamente igual.

Esto será el sujeto de la oración

En voz pasiva: is thought

En infinitivo: to be planning

OPCIÓN 1

Elizabeth bought me a present

I was bought a present by Elizabeth

OPCIÓN 2

Elizabeth bought a present to me A present was bought to me by Elizabeth

It becomes the subjectof the sentence

En pasiva was bought

It becomes the subjectof the sentence

En pasiva was bought

REMEMBER!!!! Los dos objetos pueden ser sujetos en la oración pasiva, pero lo normal es que el sujeto sea la persona, es decir, el Objeto Indirecto.
