Created in 1988 as a consulting firm specialized in
recruiting and selecting managers and senior executives,
DM - Decision Making - became a segment benchmark.
Two years later, DM took over the coordination for Unilever
Brazil’s Trainee Program recruitment and selection process,
which gave birth to Cia de Talentos.
DMRH has been continuously growing ever since itsfoundation. Some important highlights are:

A stage that ensures a deep level of understanding of the organization and the position to be filled. This involves studying the company’s dynamics and values, as well as the manager’s style and characteristics for the position to be filled.

A dream, a belief, a conquest
It was 10 years ago when Cia de Talentos started the Career Guidance Program (POC), a service designed to help young people identify their goals in life, allowing conscious and safer choices to be made, as they move towards their start in the job market, developing a victorious career.
The Program has been so successful that in 2007it became Business Unit Career at Cia de Talentos, offering products like: Job Market POC, Virtual POC, Choice of Profession POC, career workshops, coaching, lectures, workshops and lessons on career and related themes, structuring Career Centrals in educational institutions and developing relationship programs with young people.
These actions aim to allow participants – through self-knowledge, identification of personal goals and competencies and recognition of possibilities – to learn how to make career choices that will lead them to satisfaction and fulfillment in their working lives.
A study that has been carried out by Cia de Talentos for 9 years now, through an online survey with over 50,000 university students aged between 18-27 in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and Colombia*. The top 10 companies young people view as a dream company to start their careers are awarded, as well as the leaders young people most admire.
The research** is now the main reference for attracting, developing and retaining young people in Latin America, being used as a source of information by many companies, young people and universities. Additionally, the study shows the young people’s behavioral trends, which helps Marketing and Innovation areas to develop or adapt programs for this target audience.
Each year, the event gathers approximately 500 guests, among Presidents, Directors and Managers from the main national and multinational companies.
