★We do not allow outside food or drinks. Please review our catering menu.

★ There is no alcohol permitted inside the building. ★ World Ice Arena is a sports facility. All party rooms

contain a shower and a private bathroom. ★ A non-refundable deposit of $100 must be made in order

to hold your party reservation. ★ Lessons will not be extended due to lateness. Full price

will be charged. ★ All skaters must have a waiver and release form

to skate. ★ Balance must be paid in full on the day of your party,

this includes any extra food purchased through the café. ★ Number of guests is determined by wristband count.

All wristbands received, including all lost or unreturned wristbands, must be paid for. Unused wristbands must be returned to the party host in order to avoid being charged for them. Replacements will not be given for lost or stolen wristbands.

★ In the event of an injury, emergency or any other circumstances, all open tabs including food orders, party packages and wristbands must be paid on the party date.

★ Birthday parties booked less than one week in advance must pay a $25 processing fee.

★ Food orders must be placed one week (7 days) before the date of your party.

★ If food orders are not in on time, you must pay a $15 fee for each day it is late.

★ Rooms must be vacated at designated time and will not be extended due to lateness. There is a $25 penalty for extended room usage. If you stay longer than 15 minutes, there will be an additional $100.00 fee.

★ A parent or guardian of all skaters under the age of 18 must be present in the rink at all times. World Ice Arena is not responsible for childcare in their absence.

★ Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance otherwise full price will be charged.

★ Date changes must be made 48 hours in advance otherwise deposit will be lost.

★ Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. If party is cancelled, deposit will not be credited or refunded.

★ We do not offer credits or refunds. Please see party contract for more details
