Where Kids havefun and adults can too!Having two children of our own, Edward and Emily, we know that a happy child means happy parents, which is why we decided to open Rascals, aiming to create a welcoming atmosphere that both adults and children will enjoy.

There’s lots to do at Rascals - play safely on our state-of-the-art soft play equipment, bounce on trampolines, play football and basketball on our sports court in the air, or race on our 2 seater go-karts. Mums and dads can race against the kids. There’s even a special go-kart track for toddlers, so they can join in too!

About the Play Area Rascals caters for children of all ages. The main play structure is for ages 5 to 12.

Please note both main slides are not suitable for younger children.Under 3’s can play safely in Ruby Rascal’s separate Baby area. There are interactive electronic wall panels and a Bubble Tube to stimulate them. Under 5’s can play in our separate 2 storey Toddler area with ball juggler, slides and Toddler football court. Rascals also has an extensive café offering hot and cold snacks, meals and refreshments. Don’t forget to see our Specials Boards.

How to book a Party1. Check availability with Reception or ring us on 01772 8238892. Weekend party times are 10am – 12noon, 12.30pm – 2.30pm & 3.00pm – 5.00pm.3. After school parties are 4.00pm – 6.00pm or 4.30pm – 6.30pm and 5.00pm – 7.00pm on Thursdays.4. A deposit of £50 secures your party. This can be paid over the phone or at Reception when you collect your invitations. 5. A member of staff will discuss the Party Packages, options on party games and adult food platters, plus a visit from our new Rascals mascots during your party. Adult food platters are a hot and cold finger buffet, 6-8 adults £25, 9-12 adults £32, 13-15 Adults £38. Please ask for any special dietary requirements. Please note: Mixed Platters and Jelly & Ice Cream will be served for the children unless otherwise specified.6. Contact us on the Friday (if a weekend party) or the day before (if a weekday party) at the very latest, to confirm final numbers, first names of the party guests and to pay the balance of the party. This can be done by phone, at Reception or via email. 7. Arrive 10 minutes before the party starts with your cake (and the birthday boy/girl!)8. Sit back, relax and have a great time!9. Birthday Party Video Take a memento of your child’s big day with a video of stills from the birthday party with background music. You can share on Facebook and Twitter, play on an MP4 player or digital photo player or have it as your screensaver at home or work! They can even play it in Assembly at school (with teacher’s approval!)

Rules of Play• Children must be accompanied by an adult - adults must be accompanied by a child

• Please do not climb on the slide

• The go-karts are not bumper cars! Please be careful Please ask a member of staff if you would like to go on the go-karts

• All children’s shoes must be removed and placed in the pockets down the side of the slide or under the tables

• Socks and outer garments must be worn at all times - socks are available at reception if needed for £1 per pair

• All jewellery, watches, badges and other sharp objects should be removed before play

• Only food and drink purchased at Rascals may be consumed on the premises

• No food or drink (including sweets and chewing gum) is permitted in the play areas at any time

• Children with glasses or contact lenses are asked to take particular care

• No smoking (including electronic and imitation cigarettes) is permitted on these premises at any time - please use the wall mounted ashtray outside to the left of the entrance

• Disruptive or destructive behaviour is not allowed - The management reserves the right to ask a child or parent to leave for any reason

• A child with obvious recent injuries or who is clearly unwell may not use the play facilities

• Children should visit the toilet prior to using the play equipment

• Rascals does not take responsibility for any lost or damaged articles or possessions

• The company and management reserve the right to refuse admission

• Rascals does not accept responsibility or liability for loss or injury of whatever nature caused through misuse of the equipment or lack of parental supervision
