PARTY PACKAGESTERMS AND CONDITIONS

• A deposit of $50 and a signed booking form are required upon booking to hold your party date

• Cancellations made a minimum of 2 weeks prior to party date will be fully refunded

• Cancellations made within 2 weeks of party date will forfeit their deposit

• There is a minimum of 10 children and a maximum of 20 children for parties held in the Cosmo Kids Club

• For parties held in the Panther Den there is a minimum of 20 children and a maximum of 60 children

• Final numbers and full payment for the party are to be given a minimum of 3 days before the party date

• Children attending the party are to be aged between 3-12 years and be fully toilet trained

• Parents of the birthday child are to be financial members of Arana Leagues Club, and their child a member of Cosmo Kids Club

• If parents of the party guests are leaving the venue, the birthday party parent will be responsible for the child until their return

• Party parents need to ensure that the party host is made aware of any allergies or medical conditions of the children attending

Please note the Kids Club has a maximum capacity of 20 children. Speak to us today about hiring the Panther Den (capacity 60) for larger party bookings.

Please note the hire of this larger room will include an additional room hire fee.
