Encompass part ordering is now available using the ServicePower dispatch portal. This guide is designed to help you understand how to order thru your profile
Parts Order Guide
• Signing In – Sign in to ServicePower
• Dispatch Search – Search for existing dispatches
• Part Order – How to order parts
• Parts Order Options – Change model and brand
• Parts To Customer – Send parts to a customer
• Parts to Servicer – Send parts to the servicer
• Delete Order – Delete an order (In Progress only)
Signing On
1. Select servicer & client login
2.Enter your user ID and password
*Note: Be sure to select your country and language

1. Select Incomplete calls

1. Select the call number
1. Select Parts order

1. Select create new order
Select change brand if a different brand is needed
Select change model if a different model is needed
Parts Order
1. Enter the quantity
2. Select Add to order
3. Select Confirm order
Parts To Customer
1. Select Consumer
2. Select the shipping option
3. Enter an E-mail
4. Select Review order
5. Select Place order
Parts To Servicer
1. Select Servicer
2. Select Shipping option
3. Enter name and shipping information
If alternate address has already been entered you can select it from the drop down
4. Select review order
5. Select Place order

Order Confirmation
Part has been ordered to encompass
Part Shipping
Shipping and sub total will only be available once the part has been ordered
Once the order has been received by Encompass. Encompass will process your order and provide a tracking number once it has shipped.
Delete Order
1. Select Parts order 2. Select delete
Only in progress orders can be deleted. If an order has already been made please contact Encompass directly to cancel.
