Project members are users who may access the proposal site and the contents of the project

Add/remove project members

• All members of a project partner have the same rights within the project.

• The coordinator can add and remove members for any project partner.

• Only a member of the coordinator’s organisation is able to enter the first member of any other partner.

• A project member (except coordinating org.) can add and remove members only in his organisation.

• A member cannot remove himself/ herself.


Checking Data On-line & Help

A proposal can be saved as often as wanted. Information needed ( ) to complete the proposal information

MUST be completed according to indications provided (required eligibility criteria, etc.)

Plausibility checking.


Submission of the proposal

Only the coordinator or a project member of the coordinating organisation is allowed to submit a project proposal.

Proposals must be plausible = passed eligibility check.


Submission of the proposal

• A project proposal will be considered if it was submitted (time stamped) before the call deadline.

• If the project proposal was submitted several times the latest version will be used.

• Any complaints about wrong processing, submission, misinterpretation shall be sent to [email protected].
