Heating Coke
Heating coke is an excellent fuel for the
economic production of heat and hot
water in households, businesses and
power plants.
✓ The calorific value of 28 MJ / kg
✓ Mix – nut 1 (O1) grain 40-60 mm
✓ Mix – nut 2 (O2) grain 20-40 mm
✓ Coke breeze; grain 10-25 mm
Blast furnace coke in the blast furnace
performs mainly the task of a reducing
agent and a source of heat.
✓ VK → grain 25/30 - 90 mm
Foundry coke is used in the manufacture of
cast iron, but is also very desirable fuel in the
production of insulation materials based on
basalt.
✓ SLK I → grain + 100 mm (90 – 250 mm)
✓ SLK II → grain 70 – 130 mm
✓ SLK III → grain 60 – 90 mm
