The AUSTIS company was founded in 1990 with solely Czech private funds. During its more than twenty years, it has well-established itself as a certifi ed partner in the area of construction having a long-term goal of becoming regarded by business partners and investors as a highly sought-after partner and provider of comprehensive solutions in the fi eld of construction.

Today‘s size and the scope of activities with which the company operates is focused into four areas:× development and production of its own brand of construction chemicals and building materials× construction activities× property management× sale of building materials

The dynamic development of the Company over the years required a number of systemic and structural changes. These changes were mainly in the area of business transactions and relation-ships to ensure the continued fi nancial independence on foreign cash resources and the optimiza-tion and personnel stabilization of production, sales and service teams. In this respect, an important milestone in the history of the company was reached in 2004, when the company due to dynamic development and a moment of culmination of all modernizations, proceeded to transform the legal structure of the company, from a limited liability company to a joint stock company.

Also in the future, the AUSTIS corporation will strive to maintain development in all areas of its competence, attention and fl exibility in order to adapt to the challenging economic changes in the external economic environment; be fl exible and yet environmentally responsive to changes in market demand with a constant emphasis on social responsibility and the environmental safe-ty impact of its activities. Considerable emphasis will remain on quality policy, which in this area is already governed according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2009, ISO 14001:2005 and OHSAS 18001:2008.

The publicly-traded company AUSTIS is a manufacturing company with more than twenty years of experience which has been committed to the production of Czech-made, environmentally safe, water-based, coating and waterproofi ng systems. Since its founding, it has built and conti-nually developed the brand of ETERNAL water-based paints, varnishes and the stains FORTEKRYL, the waterproofi ng materials SANAKRYL, FORTISOL, Fort BAK and the custom thermal insulation system SANATHERM.

Materials produced by AUSTIS are environmentally friendly, easy to use, developed, manufactu-red and packaged for optimal usage of a wide range of application possibilities. These products have been developed and manufactured in the laboratory and in the fi eld for demanding custo-mers in industrial production where they were formulated and tested „tailored“ for specifi c use with respect to the parameters of the application equipment.

The quality of the products from the manufacture of construction chemicals are guaranteed by quality certifi cates according to international standards CSN EN ISO 9001:2009, which are governed by standards CSN EN ISO 14001:2005 and OHSAS 18001:2008. All processes in the company are bound by these standards.

Production of construction chemicals

Production of construction chemicals presented with water-based, environmentally friendly coatings and systems along with waterproofi ng materials and façade systems have been ma-nufactured in two factories in Lower Slivno and Katusice since 1992.

Paints are manufactured and distributed under the brand names ETERNAL and FORTEKRYL. In terms of their application they have been developed and produced in integrated systems that are oriented by system solutions:× anti-corrosion coatings and systems× coating systems for roof coatings× coating system for coating wood× coating system for fl oors and concrete× interior paint colors and system solutions remedy defects in the interior

Waterproofi ng materials in AUSTIS‘s portfolio are modern designed for roof insulation, building structures and balconies distributed under the brand names SANAKRYL and FORTISOL.

Façade materials including facade paints and plasters are materials used for surface treatment of the facades of houses and are part of their own, external thermal insulation composite system supplied to the market under the brand name SANATHERM.

The AUSTIS company belongs to one of the first domestic manufacturers which started producing/tinting paints. The AUSTIS color system is a comprehensive system of tinting paints, which allows flexibility to respond to the growing demands and volume requirements of all customers.

Range of activities

Housing Management in private ownership- Homeowners Associations (OA)- Housing Associations (BD)We provide management such as for those emerging from the condominium development projects, like OA and BD, which were privatized housing in some city sections of Prague. This is a diff erent form of legal entity.

Since 1992, the Czech Republic has privatized a large number of residential buildings. Usually the owner of the house became a housing association, founded by tenants. The housing coope-ratives, which pay the purchase price to the original owner of the house, the members often require the transfer of housing to private ownership, which is associated with the emergence of unit owners.

We carry out the establishment of an association in the presence of a notary, including the pre-paration and distribution of invitations, preparation of statutes, preparation and completion of voting documents for registration in the commercial register.

Housing Management in the public sector- Housing fund city sections. City of PragueWe provide management of the housing fund for Prague: City districts 1, 2, 6, 8 and 10 of a total of about 8,000 units. In some parts of Prague the next phase is underway of the ongoing privati-zation of the housing fund, through the sale of housing units to authorized tenants. Each district has its own rules for these procedures for the sale of residential buildings.

Under the framework for the housing privatization fund, we off er advice and also manage all the steps involved. Once the tenant has fi led for a stake in the CN, it follows the cancelation of the rent, the bill put retroactively to the date of application for investment and the creation of new legislation objected by hiring a plus „repair fund“ and an administrative fee. We provide your total fi nancial settlement with the CD and transfers for the period between the writing of the purchase agreement to the condominium registration in the Commercial Register.

Facility managementOur business is to provide our clients with comprehensive property management with regard to their needs and requirements. The main objective is to provide all services related to real es-tate and problems related to it, including cost reduction and quality improvement. In addition to bookkeeping, transcription, backups and technical management services also include e.g. cleaning, security, home business, emergency services, gardening services, etc. All these activi-ties, that our company is able to provide, optimize costs and provides comfort. Clients will pro-vide all administrative and technical activities that are necessary to ensure smooth operation.

Technical management of buildings and centersThe focus of the business is this area is focused on maintenance of the building/offi ce complex, shopping center, warehouse or manufacturing space complex. For our clients, we provide pro-fessional services for building equipment, regular inspections and checks. We carry out regular inspections of selected technical equipment, which are based on the claims provided by Czech legislation such as the inspection of electrical appliances and high-voltage systems, emergen-cy lighting, gas pipes and appliances, conductors, chimneys, fi re extinguishers, pressure vessels, lifting equipment etc.In ensuring this activity, we are able to provide electrical, plumbing, heating, metalworking, construction, carpentry, painting and decorating. Repair and installation of fl ooring, paving and the installation of plasterboard construction.

In 2009, the AUSTIS SpA company took over management of the biggest shopping center - Letnany shopping center in Prague. At the realty ma-nagement company OJSC AUSTIS, we ensure the delivery of all technical and maintenance services for the Letnany shopping centre. The compa-ny performs routine and preventive maintenance and the periodic in-spections (inspections, tests, reviews) for the technical and technologi-cal facilities of the shopping center. Specifi cally, AUSTIS provides regular maintenance and emergency service of HVAC equipment, installation and maintenance of air conditioning, measurement and control equipment, power systems, sanitary installations, sprinkler and exchange stations. At the same time, AUSTIS performs maintenance and repair of elevators and escalators, the buildings and and roofs along with operational locks-mith, electricial, plumbing and painting services.

The building department of AUSTIS acts as a supplier of road construction work in civil and industrial construction. It is ready to carry out the implementation of small constructions up to medium-sized construction projects. Production is able to deliver fl exible, comprehensive construction work. From the time of the work request to the preparation of the project documentation we ensure the neces-sary documents for the execution of the work, through the delivery of technical supervision to fi nal delivery of the work, including the interiors according to the investor.

The building department of AUSTIS specializes in the refurbishment of existing building com-plexes, but is fully prepared to implement the construction of new „turnkey“ buildings. Our areas of specialization include the revitalization of buildings, thermal insulation of the building, reconstruction of facades, repair and waterproofi ng fl at roofs, paint fi nishes and interior pain-ting. In managing its contracts we use paints and construction chemicals from the product range of construction chemicals at AUSTIS.

The building department of AUSTIS is the holder of the certifi cate of conformity of quality mana-gement systems for the implementation of building construction, modifi cation, maintenance and removal of the standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2009. Company AUSTIS are also subject to the stan-dards EN ISO 14001:2005 and OHSAS 18001:2008.

Development project

Apartment house „Constitutional“ is a pilot development project of AUSTIS located in Prague 8 - Bohnice and its architectural design off ers modern, comfortable and aff ordable housing. The project built 69 housing units in categories Studios to 3 bedroom fl ats. Each residential has a balcony or terrace, cellar, and parking in the basement of the building situated on fenced land.
