Signing up

Signup with the same email

• Go to your institution’s TeamMatch portal

• Sign up with the same email your invite was sent to

• Make a note of your password ;)

• If you already have an account, use the login button at the top

Activate your account.

• Welcome to TeamMatch

• If you see this screen, it means the email you have used to sign up is not recognised by the organisation.

• The PORTAL MANAGER of your institution will be automatically notified to confirm your membership.

Troubleshooting

Getting a Personality Report.

• Click on Start Indicator

• Before you start, please make sure you have 15min of uninterrupted time.

• Read the instructions carefully. • Answer each question carefully, you can’t go back and

you can’t retake the Personality Indicator straightaway!

• Pick what seems the most natural to you.

• Avoid picking “undecided”.

• Pick the word in the blue box that you prefer... eg: Challenge or Common Ground.

• Once you have made your choice, the next word pair moves up.

• Tell us a little bit more about your interests.

• Pick at least one item in each category

• Click on Personality Report to learn more about your personality type.

• Explore your type through the tabs.

• Back brings you back to the Home screen.

Getting a Team Report.

One team member launches the Team Report and invites the others.

Who launches the teamreport?

• Click on Get Teamreport

• Give your team a name and add a short description for members, if you want to

• Now all you need to do is to invite your team mates

Let’s see how good our team is!

• Team mates receive an invite to their inbox

• Team mates accept the invite

Once everybody has joined the team, click on TeamReport.

• Explore your TeamReport

• See what you have in common in Interests

• See what your team’s Strengths are

• Be aware of potential pitfalls in working together by checking out Collaboration and Conflicts

• Check what roles you might want to take up in the team.

Complete the Personality Indicator.

Team1You will receive a notification and a link to your TeamReport. Follow the link to find out who is on your team, what you have in common and what your team’s strenghts and weaknesses are.

The Tutor will teammatch you.

If you are being matched into a team...

You will receive an invite to a group, or will be given a groupID. Join the group (see next pages for further help)
