PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Senior Project Engineer in Syspro Automation, Chennai since April, 2008 to till date. Syspro Automation is the System integrator for Schneider PLC’s and Metso Automation’s maxDNA (Distributed Control System).

Experience in the various project implementation activities, including:

Project engineering, configuration, installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of maxDNA DCS.

Design of control scheme, system selection, system installation, configuration and debugging, trouble shooting, and maintenance.

Detailed engineering, software engineering of control logics, design and system integration. Static Graphic Design & dynamic linking. Communication establishment for third party devices through maxDNA DCS. Responsible for AMCs in commissioned sites and also solving warranty related issues. Configuration of Real time and Historical Trending. Configuration of data logging & Reports. Conducting maxDNA DCS panel FATs for various clients
