Structured format of technical questions Approximately 15 minutes with panel of

technical experts

- Application - Met minimum requirements

- Written Exam - Passed with a score

of 70% or better.

Oral InterviewPass with a score of 70% of better.

Questions based on duties and requirements of the position

Be prepared and anticipate possible questions

Preparation Before the Interview Practice interviewing

Pick out your clothes the night before

Dress professionally for the position

Get plenty of rest the night before the interview.

Day of the Interview Arrive on time. Check in first with the Personnel

Bring picture I.D. Turn off your cell phone, pager

or any other electronic devices

During the Interview

Listen carefully to each question

Give thorough and concise answers

Make eye contact

Try to relax and not be nervous

After the Interview Receive results of examination process

by mail

If pass oral exam with score of 70% or above, receive your rank notice on the eligibility list Rank based upon final score

Eligibility list used to fill positions of that job title
