Operations Manager
As a 15 year veteran in the dental industry, Christina brings a wealth of experience to the Implant-Wide team. For the last ten years in her role as Office Manager, she has developed intricate knowledge of the business in many areas, while also demonstrating excellent leadership ability.
Over the years, Christina has worked extensively with patient care, coordinating treatment plans, dental assisting, time management, facilities coordination, financial accounting, and much more.
James R Chapko, DDS
Dr. Chapko, a 1985 graduate of Northwestern University Dental School, operates a private
practice in Belvidere, IL. Having placed over 4000 implants, he treats patients by delivering a
broad array of surgical and restorative procedures. He is a member of the ICOI, AAID, AGD, and
the ADA. He demonstrates a unique ability at integrating and teaching surgical implantology from
a general practitioner’s vantage point. This is what led him to create and co-found ImplantWide.

Ted Gordon Greenlee, DDS graduated from Loyola University of Chicago Dental School in 1974 and completed IV sedation training at the University of Illinois in 1995.Dr.Greenlee has maintained a practice in Rockford, IL for over 35 years with an emphasis on implant surgery and prosthetics. Recently he has retired from his practice so he can devote his full attention to the success of ImplantWide. He has been a member of, or an associate fellow of, The Academy of General Dentistry, The American Academy of Implant Dentistry, The American Society Of Osseointegration, The American College of Oral Implantology and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Mohit Joshi, DDS
Received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and his Doctor of
Dental Surgery from Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee. He is a member of the
American Dental Association, Illinois Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, and the Academy of
General Dentistry. Through professional organizations, continuing education, and new technology,
he strives to ever improve the quality of dental care he delivers. Dr. Joshi shares our enthusiasm for
continuing education. He has received additional training in oral surgery, implantology and ortho-
dontics.
