Page 2: Part 3-2 Generation Red

We’ll begin with an

update on how the

Johnson household is

faring. Yes Aiden, you

did set the pancakes

on fire. Don’t worry

though, I did

remember to install a

fire alarm in this

house.

Page 3: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Aiden is pretty good

with the kids. He

doesn’t do any diaper

duty, but he does feed

them, play with them

and read to them.

Page 4: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Back at the Geebiv

house, a second grave

is missing from the

backyard. *sigh*

Uma still shows up in

the family tree, but

Roy is blank. Still

holding out hope that

I won’t have to rebuild.

Hopefully we’ll get to

Gen 10 before too

much more goes awry.

Page 5: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Scarlett wasted little

time inviting Gilbert

to move in and getting

started on Generation

Four.

Page 6: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Apparently her

custom hair is not

binned for maternity.

Page 7: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Or, it is for her

maternity PJ’s but not

her maternity

everyday wear.

Demi and Obsidian

are pretty glad to have

her back home.

Page 8: Part 3-2 Generation Red

They take turns

stalking her with

jokes, gossip and

games.

You might notice the

new addition to the

house they are

standing in.

Page 9: Part 3-2 Generation Red

With Generation Four

on the way, a new

room was added to the

house.

Page 10: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Coming off the stairs

landing is a new,

larger kitchen which

flows down into a new

dining room.

Page 11: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Generation Four’s

color is orange, hence

the decorative

scheme. Because of

the raised floor the

refrigerator cuts

through the ceiling a

bit, but I can live with

it and it doesn’t effect

functionality.

Page 12: Part 3-2 Generation Red

This view is just to

show that you can see

into the living room

too.

Page 13: Part 3-2 Generation Red

The sunken dining

area is one of my

favorite parts of the

house so far.

Page 14: Part 3-2 Generation Red

I think it came out

quite lovely.

Page 15: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Demi maxes her

creativity while

Obsidian watches.

I made a mistake with

Demi last update. She

actually fulfilled a

second LTW to earn

$100,000 in the last

chapter. I forgot that

she had topped her

career before that and

my notes were a bit

confused.

Page 16: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Obsidian had maxed

his creativity long ago,

but he’s now at top

enthusiasm for music

so he glows when he

plays. Sometimes he

changes into formal

wear, sometimes he

doesn’t. I haven’t

figured out a

correlation yet. The

background cheering

every time he finishes

cracks me up though.

Page 17: Part 3-2 Generation Red

The old dining room

was turned into a

skilling room with a

flower station, sewing

machine and pottery

wheel. Scarlett is

working on flower

arranging badges.

Page 18: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Since Obsidian is

permaplat, I have him

use the energizer

when he needs too.

He uses it in the most

unique manner I’ve

ever seen anyone do

so. The loss of his arm

was only temporary as

he regenerated

another one. Ooh,

maybe it’s the TARDIS

in disguise.

Page 19: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Demi did not have the

same problem. Her

trip to the energizer

was just fine.

Page 20: Part 3-2 Generation Red

It was around this

time that I had

Obsidian pass along

the goodies he had

stashed in his

inventory. Most of it’s

junk, but the genie

lamp is in there, as is

the illegally procured

bone phone that was

used in our

unsuccessful attempt

to bring Roy back.

Page 21: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Soon it was time for

Generation Four to

arrive.

I realize that Gilbert

has hardly been seen.

He is working on his

LTW to top the

athletic career as well

as maintaining J’Adore

Bakery. He also has a

fear to marry Scarlett

hanging out in his

want panel, so they’re

still only at engaged

status.

Page 22: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Gilbert was there for

the birth though, and

showed proper

enthusiasm for it.

Everybody was happy

to welcome the new

baby.

Page 23: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Say “hello” to Jaffa

Geebiv. His color is

orange, and he is

named after a type of

orange first cultivated

in the area around

Jaffa, Israel.

Jaffa has his father’s

hair (Gilbert dyes his

black) and his green

eyes.

Page 24: Part 3-2 Generation Red

As mentioned above,

Gilbert has also been

putting time in at the

bakery.

Page 25: Part 3-2 Generation Red

The bakery underwent

a slight remodel as

well. The Geebiv’s are

loaded. They can

afford it.

The dining area was

expanded, display

cases rearranged, a

coffee barista station

was added, and a

small second floor was

put on.

Page 26: Part 3-2 Generation Red

The thought behind

the second floor was

for when Scarlett was

pregnant and would

go with Gilbert to help

out. It was locked off

to the public and has a

full bath and small

sitting area as well as

the bed.

Page 27: Part 3-2 Generation Red

All the display cases

were moved to one

side of the cash

register to alleviate

crowding and keep

customers from

getting stuck in the

corner.

Page 28: Part 3-2 Generation Red

The tables were

basically left alone.

Lamps were added and

a few more flowers.

Page 29: Part 3-2 Generation Red

The seating area was

also updated with

some more comfy

chairs.

Page 30: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Finally, a coffee

station was added for

those who wanted a

little latte with their

pastry.

Page 31: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Ever concerned for her

baby boy, Denise was

one of the first

customers after the

remodel was

completed.

A peek in Gil’s want

panel showed the fear

of getting married was

temporarily gone, so…

Page 32: Part 3-2 Generation Red

He hurried home,

found Scarlett, and

quickly slipped a ring

on her finger.

I should mention too

that I thought

Scarlett’s dress needed

a little something

more, so me and my

rudimentary skillz

gave her some polka

dots. It just suits her

better.

Page 33: Part 3-2 Generation Red

The wedding was

sweet and simple.

These guys are cute

together, if a bit

unconventional.

Page 34: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Soon after the

marriage, it was time

for Jaffa’s birthday.

Friends and family

were invited.

Page 35: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Wait. Where are Demi

and Obsidian?

Page 36: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Oh yeah. *eye roll*

Keeping up with

family tradition.

Although this is the

first time the family

has asked for help

adding a little magic

to the act.

Page 37: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Awww. Isn’t Jaffa

cute?! I would say he

looks just like his

Daddy, but since Gil

has had surgery I

wouldn’t really know.

There are strong

features that go back

to Denise though. No

sign of the Geebiv

maw.

Page 38: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Speaking of Denise, I

had Jaffa go ask her for

attention so they

could build up some

kind of relationship.

Page 39: Part 3-2 Generation Red

This is what happened

next.

Denise tends to get a

bit of a bad rap. I

don’t really have a

problem with her.

She’s a lonely old

woman who dotes on

her son. Kind of sad if

you think about it.

Page 40: Part 3-2 Generation Red

You can see some

resemblance between

them here. It will be

interesting to see what

happens as Jaffa grows

up.

Page 41: Part 3-2 Generation Red

The party was a good

time and Scarlett

introduced Gil to the

Geebiv way of ending

any and all parties.

No wonder Mr.

Romance wanted to

join the family.

Page 42: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Toddler training

began the next day.

Obsidian was the first

one up so he got potty

duty.

Page 43: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Scarlett is now

permaplat from her

influence bar. The

music career still

hasn’t come up on the

computer.

She started the day

with Jaffa and smart

milk.

Page 44: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Then she taught him

to walk. The rain

didn’t last long and

they enjoyed a few

hours outside playing.

Page 45: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Jaffa has also

discovered the

jukebox and enjoys

music and dancing as

much as the rest of the

family.

I just realized I haven’t

given you his stats yet.

Jaffa is a personality

clone of his father.

They’re both 1/7/2/6/9

Libra’s and their OTH

is arts & crafts.

Page 46: Part 3-2 Generation Red

In case you were

wondering, Demi

dotes on her grandson

just as much as his

other grandparents

do.

Page 47: Part 3-2 Generation Red

We interrupt this

update for Recipe for

Disaster #4:

1. Since Ebony kept

showing up

everywhere and

puking, go play her

lot with the intent

of having her get

better.

2. Instruct her love,

Audrey, to make

some lunch to get

Ebony’s hunger bar

up.

3. Pay no nevermind

to the fact that

Audrey has almost

no cooking skill

points.

Page 48: Part 3-2 Generation Red

4. Let curiosity get

you when Ebony

goes running for

the kitchen.

5. Panic when you

realize that you

did not install a

fire alarm in the

house because it

wasn’t going to be

played.

6. Panic some more

when you realize

that your

sim!Husband is on

fire along with

Audrey.

Page 49: Part 3-2 Generation Red

7. Instruct Ebony to

put out the flames.

8. Watch in horror as

you realize that

Audrey is no

longer on fire

because Audrey is

no longer there.

9. Have Ebony

continue to

extinguish

sim!Husband.

Page 50: Part 3-2 Generation Red

10. Shake head in

disbelief as Ebony

doesn’t care that

Grim has arrived

for her girlfriend

but is more

concerned with

the emptiness of

her belly.

11. Marvel that

sim!Husband

survived the fire.

Page 51: Part 3-2 Generation Red

12. Gigglesnort at

Ebony giving Grim

“the look” because

he is blocking the

fridge.

Page 52: Part 3-2 Generation Red

13. Gigglesnort some

more when it looks

like Grim answers,

“FINE!” and leaves.

14. Contemplate exit

without save and

decide not to

because you don’t

want to replay just

so Ebony will get

better again.

Decide to roll with

the punches.

Page 53: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Ebony finally was able

to get into the fridge

and fill her belly. It

took three more days,

but she became well

again too. I’d love to

show you pictures of

her all upset about

Audrey’s death, but

they don’t exist

because she just

wasn’t. Audrey’s urn

occupies a place of

honor on a table in the

bedroom.

Page 54: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Back at the Geebiv

house, Melissa the

troublemaker from

college walked by.

Page 55: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Obsidian was outside

and they greeted each

other.

Soon after, Adrian

came by as well.

Page 56: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Melissa flirted with

him and they fell back

in love after the

debacle over Julie.

Obsidian still had

hearts in his

relationship panel and

did not take kindly to

Adrian and Melissa’s

PDA’s.

Page 57: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Slapping ensued. The

up side is that

Obsidian no longer

has hearts in his panel

for anyone but Demi.

Page 58: Part 3-2 Generation Red

It didn’t effect Melissa

and Adrian’s

relationship at all, but

the townie walkby is

likely wondering what

the hell she is walking

into.

Page 59: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Melissa returned to

steal the newspaper.

Page 60: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Scarlett maxed her

enthusiasm for music

and dance. The music

career still hasn’t

showed up on the

computer.

Page 61: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Obsidian rolled the

want to retire so I let

him. He can help take

care of Jaffa if Scarlett

ever gets her job plus

he’ll be there when

Scarlett and Gil go to

the bakery.

Page 62: Part 3-2 Generation Red

He spends his spare

time working on a

pottery badge.

Page 63: Part 3-2 Generation Red

He’s becoming quite

good at it.

Page 64: Part 3-2 Generation Red

He has also planted a

garden and small

orchard in the back.

Page 65: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Jaffa helps him out

there often.

Page 66: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Gratuitous cute

picture is cute.

Scarlett and Obsidian

are the two who are

home most often.

Demi and Gil both

still work.

Page 67: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Birthday time came

pretty quickly and Gil

was there so got the

honors of bringing

Jaffa to the cake.

Page 68: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Friends and family

were invited again and

again two people were

noticeably missing.

Page 69: Part 3-2 Generation Red

This time they created

their own magic and

no assistance was

needed from the good

witch.

Page 70: Part 3-2 Generation Red

I’m not sure if Jaffa got

any Geebiv traits. He

sure is cute though.

Page 71: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Even when he’s telling

Julie a scary story.

Julie was a cheerleader

in college so she shows

up in her Llama

costume whenever she

comes over or is on a

community lot.

Page 72: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Scarlett and Gil ended

the party in their

usual manner.

Page 73: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Jaffa was exhausted

and autonomously

made his way to the

right bed. I love it

when the pixels are

smart. :)

Page 74: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Since Gil and Scarlett were both

rolling a vacation want, I

decided to send them before

Jaffa started school the next

morning.

Page 75: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Their destination was

Twikki Island where

they all made a

beeline to the beach.

Page 76: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Scarlett and Jaffa

immediately got to

work building a sand

castle while Gil went

to sunbathe. He then

came over and got

stuck in the sand

castle while trying to

flirt with his wife.

Page 77: Part 3-2 Generation Red

He finally was able to

get the kiss he wanted,

much to Jaffa’s

disgust.

Page 78: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Next stop, one of the

ruins. Jumbok? I

don’t remember which

I sent them to.

They enjoyed the

pineapple surprise.

Page 79: Part 3-2 Generation Red

They also enjoyed the

fountain.

Page 80: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Soon Jaffa was ready to

move on though.

Page 81: Part 3-2 Generation Red

But not before Gil

took a break and

Scarlett learned the

local gesture from a

native.

Page 82: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Next on the itinerary

was a helicopter tour

which was a great

success.

Page 83: Part 3-2 Generation Red

The next day they

headed over to the

pirate ship at South

Beach where Gil

sampled more of the

local delicacies.

Page 84: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Jaffa climbed aboard

the ship and started

exploring.

Page 85: Part 3-2 Generation Red

He had the most fun

fighting the Dred

Pirate with his cutlass.

Page 86: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Gil raised the colors.

Page 87: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Scarlett visited the

captains cabin. No

paranormal visitors

showed though.

Finally, they

purchased some local

attire and headed

back to the hotel.

Page 88: Part 3-2 Generation Red

After changing their

clothes they headed

back to the beach

where Scarlett decided

to learn the fire dance.

Page 89: Part 3-2 Generation Red

As she finished her

lessons, Gil and Jaffa

were able to bond a

bit.

Page 90: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Exhausted, Jaffa made

his way in to bed and

Scarlett and Gil took

advantage of the quiet

time to dance to their

own music on the

beach.

Page 91: Part 3-2 Generation Red

The following

morning was their last

day so the family took

advantage of the

beach before it started

to rain and they had to

leave.

Page 92: Part 3-2 Generation Red

On their way out, they

asked a tourist to take

a picture of them.

Page 93: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Their return home

gave Jaffa quite a scare

when Obsidian tried

to repair the

dishwasher.

Page 94: Part 3-2 Generation Red

He was pretty grumpy

for a while afterwards.

Page 95: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Gil got working on

more skills for his

career. He’s the only

adult that isn’t

permaplat yet.

Page 96: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Scarlett was very

supportive.

Page 97: Part 3-2 Generation Red

His age advancing,

Gilbert decided to use

the education

bookcase to finish off

his body skill points.

Page 98: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Obsidian was able to

harvest the orange

trees and made the

first glass of juice in

the family.

Page 99: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Jaffa got his A+ at

school. I think this

was his second day.

Page 100: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Gil was very proud.

Gil and Scarlett didn’t

do a whole lot with

Jaffa when he was an

infant and toddler, but

they’re awesome with

him now that he’s a

kid.

Page 101: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Over at the Johnson

house, the toddlers

grew up.

Dixie Carr on the

upper left, Jules

Jayapalan on the

upper right, and

Robert Cormier below.

Then I realized I never

built bedrooms for

when the children

grew up over there, so

there was a quick and

dirty remodel to add

two more bedrooms

off the kitchen.

Page 102: Part 3-2 Generation Red

There are also two

more pregnancies.

Jordan is expecting

her second and Missy

was finally able to

conceive (due to the

hack that I found that

allows larger

households).

Page 103: Part 3-2 Generation Red

These pregnancies

weren’t sped up.

Jordan gave birth to

Katherine first. Like

her brother Robert,

she also has her

mother’s genetics.

Jordan is one of the

ladies with a LTW for 3

college grads, so she’ll

have one more.

Page 104: Part 3-2 Generation Red

Missy traumatized the

other children when

she gave birth the

following day.

Page 105: Part 3-2 Generation Red

This is her son, Peter,

who has his Daddy’s

eyes but Mommy’s

hair and skin tone.

Page 106: Part 3-2 Generation Red

With that, I’ll leave

you with more

pictures from Gil and

Scarlett’s latest

venture to J’Adore.

I suck at the business.

It’s only at level one

right now. I’ll keep it

in the family in case I

have an heir with an

interest, but this will

probably be the last

we see of it.
