When not occupied, short or long term, the villa can be rented.

Rates per week:

The all year round rental rate is per week US$ 1,400 or 800 £

Included is a compact car with A/C for the length of your stay. The car is delivered at the airport, with a full tank of gas and should be returned the same way.

Rates are for the property based on 2 to 4 persons, 2 bedrooms occupancy. For 1 or 2 more persons add £50 per week. Maximum 6 persons. To book a 20% deposit from the rental rates is required. The balance is made payable 4 weeks prior to your departure.
