The year ahead is full of change, excitement and new beginnings. This year, some of you will be sending your 8th grade students into high school, others will be welcoming their children into Kindergarten, and the rest of us will be watching our kids move into a new hall or classroom and making new friends. We are all growing, learning, and enjoying the rest of our school year!

In December, the PTO hosted the winter Snowflake Celebration. The carnival games and bounce houses were the highlight of the event. The bake sale and concessions offered many delicious goodies, as well! Our vendor section had a nice assortment of products to choose from for gift giving ideas. We hope you enjoyed this event as much as we did, and thanks to everyone who helped make it a success.

Our Muffins with Moms event had a huge turnout! It was great seeing all of the kids showing off their moms/grandmas/aunts to their friends.

In January, we will be welcoming the DANCING SCIENTIST to our school for an assembly. During the afternoon of January 27th, your children will be dazzled by experiments with a fun spin. Parents are welcome to attend this event!

This month, we are busy planning our upcoming family event for February. You are all invited to our 2nd annual Valentine’s Day Dinner Dance on February 10th. As always, the PTO is seeking volunteers to help make this happen. The Valentine’s Day Dinner Dance is a PRE-SALE EVENT ONLY. This means we will NOT be selling tickets at the door. In order to guarantee your reservation, please return your RSVP and payment promptly. The invitations will be going home next week with the children.

We appreciate any time or donations you can give to our school events and we thank you for your continuous support of the PTO.
