WHEN: Saturday, August 6th from 10am to 6pm and Sunday, August 7th from 10am to 5pm

WHERE: Park Avenue from Alexander Street to Culver Road (distance 1 ¼ miles)

WHO: More than 300 artists and exhibitors, 40 food vendors, and 35 musical groups at three performance stages.

PARKING & SHUTTLE: Round trip shuttle service operates on a continuous basis beginning 30 minutes prior to the festival opening time through 60 minutes past the festival end time. Park for free at one of the two Gleason Works lots lo-cated on Elton Street and Anderson Avenue just North of University Avenue or at Monroe Square, 250 Monroe Avenue. Roundtrip Fee: $1, Children under 5 are free. Those who wish to park closer to the festival are urged to follow the clearly posted “Yes you can park here” and “No you can’t park here” signs. New this year is additional off street parking being offered by the Greek Orthodox Church of the Annunciation located at 962 East Ave. between Berkeley and Barrington Streets, just a short walk to the festival. Public parking in the church lot is $5 per car for festival goers. PETS: The City ordinance prohibiting animals at festivals will be observed. Festival goers are advised to leave their pets at home.

ARTISTS: A juried arts and crafts festival, only artists who are the hands-on makers of their work may participate. This guide provides a complete listing of the 2011artists and cor-responding map (see page 5). For more informa-tion on the artists please visit www.Rochester-Events.com
