THINGS WE NEED TO KNOW AS WE RETURN TO MASS:
As we return to practicing our faith in community, there are someimportant changes of which our parishioners should be aware,including online registration, the use of face masks, and handsanitizers. Registration and a complete explanation of all thesechanges can be found by clicking on the “Weekend Mass Sign-up”tab of our website.
Weekend Masses: Saturday Vigil - 4:00 PM; Sunday - 9:00 AM and11:00 AM. Because we are required to provide for social distancing,all seating will be assigned. This means we must ask for your helpby registering online EACH WEEKEND at www.olvnow.com to attendthe weekend Mass of your choice. This allows us to accommodatethe greatest number of parishioners possible. Many of you arealready familiar with the process, and we truly appreciate yourworking with us.
Weekday Masses: Weekday Masses (Monday through Thursday)are now at 9:00 AM. First Friday and First Saturday Masses are alsoat 9:00 AM. Wednesday evening Mass will remain at 6:00 PM withAdoration and the opportunity for confessions after Mass. There areno Communion Services on Friday until further notice. WeekdayMasses require no registration.
Confessions: Monday: 6:00-7:30 PM; Wednesday: 6:30-8:00 PM;First Friday: 9:30-10:30 AM or by appointment.

NEW SCHEDULING PROCESS FORLECTORS AND MINISTERS OF HOSPITALITY:
A schedule for the THIRD QUARTER (July-August-September) will not be distributed.Rather, we ask those who would like to serve as Lector or Minister of Hospitality to sign up in the
Narthex. Assignments will then be made on a week-to-week basis.If you have any questions, please contact Claudia Wolf or the parish office, 682-4622.
EXPLAINING THE WEEKEND MASS ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCESS
SUNDAY AND MONDAY: Registration for the next weekend’s Mass begins at
approximately 12:30 PM and continues through Monday at 7:30 PM.
TUESDAY: Organize and assign reserve seating. If there are open seats
remaining, a FLOCKNOTE will be issued to indicate that registration will be
re-opened for a brief period of time. Do not to re-register.
WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY: Seating assignments will be finalized and
seating notifications will be emailed. If, for whatever reason, you will not be able to attend the Mass for
which you have registered, please contact the parish office or email us through our webpage (CONTACT
US) to release your seating.
